Prt 3 - Why the US Needs a Truly Independent Party

How many times must I repeat this before just one other person would be kind enough to do the same and then from there, another and then another …

Mic Chk

“[M]odern agriculture now requires more energy than the energy value of the food produced. And the largest single portion of this energy goes for the production of nitrogen fertilizer …. Between 1950 and 1975 world wide use of nitrogen fertilizer rose fivefold, contributing to a doubling of world food production for this period … but because of the inefficiency of nitrogen uptake by plants, doubling the amount of fertilizer applied far from doubles the crop yield. At the same time, the run-off of excess fertilizer to nearby streams and lakes - and hence the level of water pollution - is more than doubled” n1

“Although the average person in the United States eats less than half as much cereal grain per year as the average person in India, he or she accounts for more than four times as much grain use …. to feed livestock, which then serves as a source of meat, milk and eggs” [Kirk, 944, fig. 31.1]”

n1 - The foregoing is quoted from a college textbook entitled “Biology Today” 3rd Edition by David L. Kirk of Washington University; Random House (1980) from the end of Chapter 31 - “Population, communities and ecosystem”. This text is/was used by Universities in the SUNY system; and as authority, is hereinafter referred to as “[Kirk, p#__]; and that this aforesaid portion is [Kirk, 378]. There is also a “suggested reading” section at the end of Chptr 31 which states in part

“In response to a request from the president of the United States, the National Academy of Sciences organized a three-year interdisciplinary study of the world food problem, in which thousands of specialists from around the world took part”; and then goes on to list various publications circa 1977 which resulted from said study.

The meat milk and eggs diet is uneconomical, energy inefficient, wastes and pollutes water and results in all sorts of unnecessary maladies that drive up health care costs

Don’t be deceived by the appearance of Michelle Obama in the foregoing video. President Obama adamantly refuses to discuss any aspect of this travesty and so does his “Democratic Party”; and therefore his primary mouthpiece, MSNBC, adamantly refuses to discuss any aspect of this either.

There is nothing more basic in regards to the General Welfare than water, food and then after shelter, fuel and yet the Democratic-republicans miserably and pathetically fail to live up to their General obligations. But instead, willfully, intentionally and knowingly opt out of these said duties and responsibilities in order to protect the Koch Bros. Monsanto Dow and the fast food industry that thrives on this shit; and in doing so they are subsidizing particular private interests at the expense of the General Welfare, health and well being of the General Citizenry. They are subsidizing the diseases and maladies that immediately and necessarily result from the meat milk and eggs diet and the foregoing industries with Obamacare. And so alas their true colors fly. They don’t give a shit about the general welfare, the health of the general population or the environment. All they care about is “economic growth” and the businesses that thrive on these chemical abominations.

All of the things they generally lie about - claiming they have solutions to energy waste, pollution, water problems &c they are lying. It’s just one more dinosaur industry that’s outlived it’s days and yet continues solely by government protection and imposition. They have no intention of doing anything in these regards because it would be too detrimental to their masters’ business profits. In this regard they are equally as bad as the republicans and in reality there is no difference between them, regardless of what MSNBC tries to convince you otherwise and regardless of how different the republicans attempt to make themselves appear.

The General Welfare of the United States of America is swept under the rug as the US “Internationalist” wars continue and they argue about importing labor and propose false solutions in regard to guns. It’s Benghazi !! no, it’s disgusting; and It’s why we need a truly independent party.

Protectionism for The Entertainment Industry: more babyshit, more distraction.

A GOPstapo staff person was fired for his laissez faire views regarding the copyright clause in the US Const, as incorporated in some sort of interoffice/inter party memo.

So I get an email telling me to sign some sort of petition -e.g., you may do this your Democratic-republican representatives are eager to champion babyshit but require mass approbation in order to perpetualise exactly what it is that ought to be corrected - viz., the enslavement of artists by profit mongering social parasites - i.e., the “entertainment industry” which technology has rendered obsolete and absurd. Hi we’re money bag sugar daddy’s, “help me” I’m a girl. UmHmmm, we like boys too. Make yourself comfortable on my couch and we’ll discuss your future.

Here’s The Memo

So the thing starts out ok but very quickly disintegrates into this RayGun Revolution Rand Paul bullshit. I mean what is this kid doing working for the GOPstapo in the 1st place? But putting his complaint in a light most favorable to himself, consider his audience.

I wrote about this before [insert link].

The problem is pandemic - the government relies on growth to collect revenue for war making, world and space domination and encourages the private sector to rape the earth, while culture and humanity languish. In order to render the masses pliable the despots require a massive all pervasive “entertainment industry” which “coincidentally” is the propaganda arm of the Democratic-republican single party monolith.

But this Democratic-republican arrangement regarding revenue raising and the price they force US to pay in order to maintain it has reached the ultimate diseconomy of scale. They discourage and in some regards make it impossible for any new “industries” to even get started. They all have to based on profit rather than “the arts and useful sciences”. The only way this Master Plan can continue is by totalitarian despotism whose centerpiece as always is debt slavery and protectionism.

Slavery has always been the modus operandi of the Democratic-republicans and always will be for as long as you allow them to rule.

Copyrights are generally a capitalist idea, otherwise a Monarch or cabal would commission various works such as music, literature, painting, architecture. So be a successful capitalist and be your own Monarch, commission the arts and useful sciences DIY; but Democratic-republicans don’t make very good “sovereigns without subjects” in fact the latter in terms of growth seems to be their singular goal. Feel the sumptuous plush elegance of their glove.

And one of the premiere symptoms of capitalism, is theft.

In the case of copyrights, prior to radio, television and now the internet, the only way to actually steal a work was to steal the physical thing - e.g., a manuscript, painting, photograph, film and then receive credit whether financial or otherwise at the expense of another’s toil. The conlict is always the same, it devolves to a matter of self preservation and the pursuit of happiness - e.g., all I want to do is paint and you fucking piss me off so much I cut off my fucking ear !!

Or you might pose as an author.

At this point agency and publishing were already introduced i.e., can I exploit this person to purchase my surfeit; but still in all of these earlier cases some actual work had to be accomplished at least to some degree or extent - look at this cheap imitation - and as these profit making endeavors grew, so did a coincidence in common thoughts and ideas which made it difficult to separate coincidence from devious artifice and thus the innovation of “derivative work”.

So the only real distinction after the foregoing technological innovations was that a finished product could be more easily and effortlessly copied and then sold at a tremendous margin - the dream of any “capitalist” or “entrepreneur” - thereby depriving the would be profiteer of hir surfeit. So for a considerable time there was a distinction between an intent to retail - e.g., charging admission to a broadcast “without the express written permission of the National Football League is Prohibited” and making copies for your own private use.

Consequently there are several necessary distinctions from past to present by virtue of technology; and the Deep Issue - viz., are these new innovations in protectionism authorized under the US Constitution:

(1) What constitutes publication. Inherent in such issue is a presumption of damage to the publisher and agent rather than the author

(2) And thus, proof of a completed wrong, in terms of commerce, or injury in fact, is no longer required to secure Court jurisdiction.

Consequently, the law in this regard has been rewritten by adopting the presumption principle from the law of nuisance and libel - viz., the “injurious damage” is presumed - e.g., these teenage girls copied Lady Gaga songs and “published” them all over the internet and now her publishing agents can’t collect adequate revenue in order to make payments on their Rolls and sex club dues across town and therefore these teenage girls must be punished !!

This exemplifies the unavoidable and irresistible conclusion that the author is no longer the principle being protected it is the profits of his agents and publishers. Not only is the damage presumed but the actual person whom the Constitution intends to protect assumes the status of a femme covert at the mercy of an unscrupulous Executor cloaked with Patriarchal immunity.

(3) The success of unscrupulous profiteers can no longer be secured without rewriting the US Constitution, redefining copyrights and protection under the full coercive power of “The State”.

The profit motive has supplanted the purpose and intent of what the Constitutional provision was intended to protect which was the author not 2nd party commerce and profit. These sorts of innovations merely use copyright as a pretense for protectionism of the “entertainment industry” and therefore the fate of these things shall always come down to the numbers - viz., how many whores can the entertainment industry muster to keep them, the industry, dom and everyone else their subs.

Just remember you’re paying for it. It’s like the argument regarding the double taxation of dividends, you pay the government and you pay for the product. In regards to the 1st your only choice is prison and in regards to the latter, you don’t have to buy their product.

Do Free Love it’s way more fun than smart gadgets.

Gun Violence, the fiscal cliff and other fucked up things that men do

As a constructive protest, follow my example or at least consider it:

Don’t follow anyone that posts depictions of women in bondage or women posing with guns; and I refuse to do so no matter how awesome the rest of their posts are. If the reasons aren’t self evident here’s why.

There is no sexual fetish that requires women submitting to men except for

(1) Men that get off on female submission and

(2) Women that do it 9 times out of 10 because they’d rather submit to a man for the hope or sense of “love”; or feel that sex is a worthwhile exchange to avoid the necessity of employment in the male dominated private sector.

Although I can sympathize with the 2nd pretence, which reminds me of the song “Petals”, by Hole, the only reason that this would ever be depicted in pictures reposted on services such as tumblr is to please men having this submit to me you worthless bitch sort of “fetish” which is most likely a “help me”, comeon by a “sub” and in exchange I’ll be your willing slave girl.

Some people might defend this but I’m not one of them.

Men that have this sort of self confidence issue are weak and are not made strong or intelligent by women assuming a submissive role so that men may thereby feel that they have a person they can be better than; and for many years actual slavery (forced servitude) and racism served that role in the US and this “badge of slavery” is still imposed upon women. So in that regard women that submit and exploit this situation, perpetuate this male weakness and more often than not, whether it be under pretense of money, alone, have confidence issues, which Male dominated society, strives, to make inescapable and thus institutionalizing Male Domination/female submission, which preserves and perpetuates sexual weakness and repression and makes people pliable and easy to control.

So follow my example and use this blog entry if you like as ground for your action.

I would also go a step farther and actually recommend a solution, which is sexual freedom for women - call it the manumission of female sexuality.

Suffice me to say, for the nonce, that any women that is allowed to be sexually free can outfuck any man on earth and for that matter may also discover that men aren’t even necessary for female pleasure. I don’t know what the % is or how many men would actually admit it or are simply in denial but there are a lot of them that just can’t handle this fact or any related situation; and regrettably, because of the GOPstapo and these peculiar fetishes they pander to, this form of dishonesty, lack of integrity and denial is further perpetualised, and this not only maintains blessed sanction for the imprisonment of female sexuality and freedom but also denies the sexuality and freedom of people with a cock and balls.

And what this ultimately comes down to is one idea, which Conservatives have been allowed to transubstantiate into an issue - it is never the case that a human being naturally prefers a state of deprived Liberty to that of freedom, but the very root of this issue is the Conservative insistence that the contrary is true for women; the same was said by Conservatives in regard to the so called Sambo Nigra; and that is what the entirety of this situation is all about.

So when you follow persons posting such depictions, and assume a passivity and tolerance in exchange for other nude pix, truly awesome as they may be, and even far outnumbering these other posts, you are accepting this perverse Conservative ideal and are actually perpetuating it.

It would be equally bad to banish such depictions, or to allow Democratics and purported Liberals to further stomp, shit and piss on free expression and pass laws to make such depictions illegal; or to encourage tumblr or other such services to do the same as private sector Black Shirts, as either sector are so apt to do in exchange for votes, campaign contributions, advertising and obvious “power” issues regarding their own sexual inadequacies and weaknesses. Even this form of Holier than Thou “political action” is encouraged - e.g., look !! here is a form of “protest or demonstration”, that is “allowed”. But by following my example, instead, what eventually will occur is that the real misogynists and GOPstapo Black Shirts will become most obviously separated from the lame and unconsciousness dupes and eventually as was the case with slavery and racism they may all become awakened and enlightened.

~~~~~~~
There are crossover points with gun violence. It’s why beautiful naked women and sex are used to promote guns, which is generally a power issue and the handgun is the primary tool to take power at the individual level.
What advertising and the mainstream media tell us is that we have to be afraid of guns because they are primarily used by young Black males to hold up convenience stores to buy drugs, pussy and bling; or otherwise to preserve and protect “the hood”. And you ought to know the rest of “the story” by now, these young Black Males are infiltrating your neighborhood right now and are going to take over, so hire more Police build more prisons, bust them for marijuana. This “story” is emphasized far more than the Conservative White Supremacist anti-Judaic clubs promoting the 2nd Amendment in liege with the NRA. In fact the SPLC is one of the only groups having made known that a previously existing department in the FBI dealing with White Supremacist/anti-Judaics was defunded or abolished so that more Johnny Boner Mitch the Itch money - that used to be yours - could be used for busting people using medical marijuana.
The other crossover factor is of course money and the sexual inadequacies of Johnny Boner, Mitch the Itch and the rest of their Klan, attempting to mitigate tax increases on the highest income recipients and forcing spending cuts for programs assisting the most vulnerable. I guess they want them to find a Dom to submit to, O yeah, the Dom’s supposed to be the GOPstapo.
Gee I better be careful what I write, the GOPstapo might burn a cross in my yard, beat me up and rape me, maybe put a collar on me and teach me a good lesson in who rules. Guns make that much simpler and cleaner preserving the facade of civilized behavior.
The whole thing is really pretty simple and straight forward to follow, understand and solve but the MSM is paid to drive block you off reason, average sensibility and common sense; and you subsidize that by making advertizing a tax write off and right now there is no better time than to do away with it.
Presuming the story on handguns is correct, the solution is to make drugs affordable, annihilate traditional gender role models forcing poor men to rob liquor stores to buy pussy rather than take up cock sucking which they’re eventually going to have to do anyway because Conservatives won’t allow prisons to be ‘co-ed’.
Love and sex are essential attributes of humanity, they provide the Loving comfort and attention we need; and it needs to be gentle, not mean rough and domineering, because Love and sex are nurturing so how you fuck is how you nurture. It’s what you pass on to others. It’s how your girl friend makes your cock feel so nice when she’s riding on top, so what if she learned it from riding someone else’s cock. That’s still good pussy no matter who she fucks or how often, it feels nice, so enjoy it instead of trying to own it. Free sex and sexual liberation would itself alleviate demand for drugs, inadequacies that make US feel like we have to dominate; but drugs are fun too, they provide a break from our hopeless fate as slaves to private sector business, imposed upon US by the Democratic-republican single party monolith. There is no need to make this worse by following private sector nurturing and making slaves out of one or each other.
Make Love, not war
Preliminary Introduction to Progressive Taxation and Gulden’s Mustard Prt 2
Let’s all buy gadgets, tweet about nothing, and thereby protect and perpetuate ‘their’ way of life. Because afterall their way of life is “Our way of life” Richard M. Nixon told US so
And we actually do buy into this shit don’t we?
You know Mittney we have to do something about this, maybe it would be better if we have a Nigra man sell this, we can buy some time with them and the Liberals.
So we all have our gadgets and bitch about those without or just assume an elitist position of the have and the have nots? I get to tweet on the MSNBC shows, I get to enter contests with my limited hours lease of public air space privatized for cell phones.
To be fair, there are still people adhering to the principles of natural rights. Chips are made from potatos or Buffalo, butt, otherwise, it’s Pizza and ipads, ummm, I like mine with Gulden’s !! so is this what OWS and the protests are all about? No, tommy, we want to subsidize Bill Gates on Androgel and gain an advantage in advertising by the mutilation of the 14th Amendment to the US Const. over the Hillary Clinton mischief regarding “Citizen’s United” … it’s because we Love the theme music! !
Power to the gadgetry-less classes !! we demand their inclusion. Quite a paradox isn’t it.
So, alas, it is true, we do exist and in the polarity of Thomas Jefferson’s purported genius there are (A) those that the retailerists wanton passion have learned to like. Jaime Dimon makes their consumer credit available; and me (B) me. So we must reward Jaime and his peers with billion dollar Christian Birthday Boner chks because, now, we can share in it too;
Just like Tiny Tom. Oops, Freudian slip.
The 5th generation ipod touch is exactly the same as the 5th gen iPhone 5 except you can’tmake telephone calls with it and the camera isn’t as good as on the phone I was leaning towards that ($249.00) because I could just slip it in my purse when I come over, use it in bed or in the cellar if I get WiFi which I would like to eventually have over here, too - or ever go anywhere there are “hot spots”. Otherwise you can store up to 32 gigs of music on it.
Remember what i was telling you about the Adobe ploy? Well this is what it is - you have to buy an app for Flash to work on any of the devices except for the Microsoft - whatever the fuck it’s called - where it works absolutely seamlessly, everything else is cheapo quality compared to Apple, especially, except you get Windows 8 - O boy O boy and they’re hyping it as it blows away Apple and renders the ipad/ipods obsolete
Bill Gates is ODing on Androgel and now a word from his sponsor or wait, no, this is the show I get them confused because on MSNBC it seems that it’s commercial advertising with brief segments of things having to do with mainstream Democratic-republican politics leaning towards the Dmeocratics and since they are to the Left of the hyphen, that’s what Left now means, in the USA
Chris Hayes n Wiki Google
Ut O lQQk
The iPad/iPods use the same OS which is presently ios6. Here’s some fun stuff for those remembering the Mainframe to servers era lQQk
The Nexus 7, which is a trade off between the ipod and ipad (because it’s slightly larger than the ipod which is primarily a music device with picture, video and bluetooth for internet) uses the Android op sys, but otherwise uses Google stuff, which is what I use - in fact I don’t use any Apple stuff, at all, zero.
Ut O here come the hackers.
None of it is “Open Source”, it’s all proprietary they even have their own chargers, docking stations, connections, covers, all of which you have to buy extra; but who cares we’re all so excited about Christian Birthday advertsiing and the smell of new and OM fucking God we’re going to be able to tweet about nothing until the entire network is overrun with Christian women popping myriad babies while their husbands toil in some new Eurasia and we hurry about ignoring people laying around in the street with their teeth rotting out as we, surf and tweet.
We’re the “Affluent American” !! it’s Our way of life.
I think what’s going to happen “of course” is that the Nexus thing will be updated every year so in a few years it will be obsolete like Dead Jobs did with the ipods. Planned obsolescence and monopoly o what a genius 8-|
Unfortunately, these are rich people devices that working class people go in debt to have - they ought to cost $19.95 like the Polaroid Swinger
But if we borrow money from the Federal government and go to college, some day we will be able to buy one.
The best is yet to come !! I only posted this as an introduction to bust balls before the weekend shows :)
P.E.E. prt 4: feels like I gotta do more
Rather than sex being used to not want, it’s used to want, the same as drugs and all objects of material opulence.
Hey boy you want some top shelf Heterosexual trophy pussy? Rawt cher she is, but it’s a gonna take a lot a spending money, son.
Rock n Roll was once new and Wow !! but then someone decided it needed more, 1st it was cars, and then money and then get the girl and get married; and then a little later it needed sex and drugs, along with other objects of material opulence. I want to be a rock n roll star so I can have nice cars a big house and plenty of trophy pussy or because I like rock n roll? Smudge and smear confuse and confound
But Boy o Boy you sure can’t get all that shit from joining the Army.
Sexual repression causes people to have or seek sex with “the excluded” - those which the municipality have cast out or seek to cast out (see Prt 2) and most likely those available are people that do it for money. Sexual repression = venereal disease; otherwise, why would some uber successful writer like Oscar Wilde end up with syphilis and blue teeth?
So it eventually became essential that “Liberals” would afford some protections to people sharing such social stratum as Oscar Wilde. Otherwise what would happen to our salons !!
So when will all of this “trickle down” to the common schmuckery like me? Like how many doctors and politicians ask you who you were blowing or eating out when you have a sore throat or dentists telling you that human jism can result in seriously detrimental situations. Just saying, I noticed some cavities here.
Although progress had been realized with the treatment of some venereal diseases, but with the further onslaught of Herpes, HIV, HPV (where there isn’t even a test for men) pornography and sex camming are the only alternatives to this circumstance; and at the present time, some where in the dark corner of the back room of Los Angeles County, the God fearing D-r(s) have waged their great compromise clandestine war against pornography.
Stunt persons must wear helmets and other protective gear?
What about me, I’m jerking off to the product the D-r(s) are targeting, do condoms protect me from these various maladies?
As for sex camming well that has essentially become the cyber version of the foregoing municipal circumstance, pay me, hurry up and cum.
Before the war, porn was a free alternative maybe the D-r(s) will offer a great compromise and promise the industry that it doesn’t have to stay that way and then the question is to whom “the industry” feels obligated.
Will “the industry” co-opt with the status quo; return free love to it’s ‘proper’ place in capitalist society, with those that can afford it, or else join the cause to Liberate people from sexual repression, self compromising instead, by relinquishing the icons and talismans of material opulence and want.
As the war wages on, here is an important rule to remember - and it applies to all things the D-r(s) touch: if the GOPstapo does something, really fucked up, and the Democratics don’t say anything about it, even after you insist, then this indicates beyond any conceivable doubt that the Democratics also approve. In fact, it most likely indicates that they agreed in conference that it would be better for the GOPstapo to do it because it would work better for their “base”.
Now getting back to our P.E.E. theme, there are two ways to deal with injustice, the D-r way is “ballot box bias” but the way it used to be done was through the courts. For example, in all of the instances with OWS, Federal Monel actions could have been brought against any and all unconstitutional municipal policies where persons were injured and deprived of Constitutionally protected rights. That ought to have been done 1st, further mob demonstrations, ballot box &c second. The same is true with “Measure B” and condoms. It is clearly unconstitutional.
Granted, this is not easy to do. I have 15 years of continuous experience in State and Federal courts as a pro se litigant and at no court I’ve been before has there ever been any indication of impartial justice, especially for the schmuckery like me. And this situation is even worse at the local level where some contractor with connections to local politicians will get protection for shoddy workmanship while you try to prove to some locally elected Judge that the common law is the law of NYS and that these contractors are under quasi contractual duty and obligation - Andy are you reading this? That’s right, it’s the Old Right to Do Wrong, again - if’n’ it don’t say that ya can’t ya kin (not true in single family residential districts either) But as the D-r(s) see it, if it isn’t expressly stated in the contract there is no duty and obligation; and that’s the heart soul and flesh of Democratic-republicanism. Hee fucking Haw.
You are in contempt of court, tommy, the 1st amendment is not recognized here and how did that slip through the magnetometer.
National elections, where none of this is ever discussed, serves as a distraction from the fact that people are ripped off and abused on a regular basis by Holy sacred and protected business. In fact national elections seem to be designed to reward business even more. That’s why people don’t consume - because they’re sick of being ripped off without protections from the government in fact having the government protect business in doing so; and consequently why people aren’t hired. Just remove all regulations and let business do what thou willst and the economy will be booming in no time. This, is the ultimate, in human perversion.
So the Thomas Jeffersons won California and the Conservatives won Measure B, forcing adult film makers to wear condoms? or actors? it’s not as clear as it’s unconstitutionality; but the D-r(s) now championing the idea regarding the Petraeus resignation without any other reason than he is married for 37 years and admitted fucking some other woman - Moral Exclusion - so how could you expect them to discuss Measure B. Andy Cuomo is too busy sheltering his daughters ears from his words to utility companies or else President Obama is off celebrating the miracles of Heterosexual baby making, and marriage - put a ring on it - while admitting that baby making may be controlled, but only as long as majorities agree and then the whole thing is dinked out with the Moynihan Report role model, which all men are supposed to conform to - see here’s our campaign election shot with the family and the miracles of baby making and capitalist society which keeps their clothes and faces clean; but you can be Gay now too, just make sure you’re monogamous have a job and fulfill your obligations to consume - i.e., don’t whine when you get ripped off by business because you can’t afford to lease a lawyer to sue them anyway and will be abused by a conservative Judge if you attempt to do so yourself. Tommy, government is too big !! and the protections for the schmuckery if any survived RayGun are the 1st to go either by the ballot box or by another Great Compromise.
Don’t you feel great about “winning”?
I used to be allowed to operate a motor vehicle in NYS and when DMV 1st demanded that I disclose my social security number so that I could continue to operate a motor vehicle in NYS, so that they could say that I voluntarily disclosed my ssn so that any unscrupulous Judge, lawyer, State officer or State employee could have access to all or any of my financial and health records - Hello Mrs d? We have some rather tragic news to report to you, your husband has failed to cooperate with us and he is a Heterosexual. Or maybe, your husband is having an affair with his biographer>
I told Pat Moynihan that this business with my driver’s license was bullshit and then the State renewed it without my disclosure, but then mini Bush had Moyni killed similar to the demise of Andy Warhol and I was left with George Pataki and some right wing Mexican guy ruling DMV and my driving privileges were revoked for refusing to publish my social security number essentially to the State arm of the National GOPstapo Party.
[as reported elsewhere this also involved a conspiracy between a State Judge and a Village attorney to force disclosure of my ssn to receive a refund due to me from the State. So many GOPstapo experiments like this were tried on me while the Democratics remained silent, I lost count and they later turned up as National policies under the Bush Royal Family] The point here is that no Democratic on earth would even respond to my complaints regarding this shakedown, that’s right, guy, just stand around and watch. O can’t watch? Then just stand there, turn you head away and pretend to be disgusted after it’s over. O you really are disgusted? Then why do you continue to allow it to happen?
Because it’s only a matter of degree. The same abuse you the schmuckery incur either from business or from challenging the abuse before their Judge is the same as your representative gets from the opposition. Elections don’t solve the problem. Courts can, if you rid them of Conservatives. In the meantime, you want to preserve any bureaus of government that are designed to assist you in securing impartial justice and demand that they be further bolstered; but here again you run into the same problem, but the Solution is not the ballot box it’s first one of perception.
Get government off the backs of business means one thing, you the schmuckery get screwed. There is no fair or impartial way to ensure otherwise.
But getting back to the driver’s license biz. Once an unscrupulous elected Judge and his party have your health and financial records, especially if you’re a lawyer, then you have to bend to their will and this is where Sex and drugs comes into the picture - do you want your career destroyed? The GOPstapo won’t hire a cocksucker, especially one that isn’t married. You have AIDS ?!! Or I see you were treated for clap, get it from your wife? Are you sure? You get the picture.
The only cure for that is sexual liberation, without it, you will always be subject to abuse and injustice. It’s one of the neo-sadists’ favorite toy.
Now if you’re sexually liberated and everyone else is too, then the only thing that’s left is finance - e.g., can we fuck with this guy? I dont know let’s see how much money he has and which part of his portfolio we can threaten.
Now this is the part where it’s really decision time, how much are you willing to forgo in the name of justice?
Well the ACLU had this bogus national campaign going on claiming that the GOPstapo were attempting to undermine the Freedoms and Liberties of citizens by demanding that everyone have a Federal ID - o you mean like a passport?
Hey, Congress, if you need revenue why don’t you make everyone buy a passport, it’s not like you’re imprisoning US here like RayGun accused the SU of doing, are you?
But by some really fucked up “logic” the ACLU and other “freedom loving” groups decided that you are guilty until proven innocent and as a consequence of your guilt you are pretending to be a citizen, so in order to relinquish your guilt and receive social communion you must now have a State issued photo ID based on your Federal social security number - viz., let the State and officers thereof render you into their subject by finger fucking through your private Federal accounts and information; and in the case of NYS DMV (depending on which window you get) 4 or 5 other things are required like your HS diploma and Donald Trump’s insistence of your Birth Certificate. Notice not a peep from the Democratics until this came to involve elections, to Hell with all of the rest of your rights, this is about Jumping Jack Ass self preservation !! All of which is purportedly a States Right otherwise everyone might have a passport and be free to travel just like the Confederates that were hired to the US Supreme Court and then as they had ruled in the Slaughterhouse Cases serving as the basis to constrict the reach of the 14th Amendment to the US Const.
We used to be US citizens but now we’re subjects of the State in which we reside or travel through.
I bet you missed that one didn’t you? Yeah, one of those little inconsequential things that the Democratics and their agents in the Media never discuss too much. Afterall who could be interested? Aside from some paranoid pothead or burnt out acid freak from Washington or Colorado. Here stick a Bluetooth in your ear and consume. Nor did they discuss the so called “Liberal” second circuit court of appeals, ‘decision’ approving the willful and intentional violation of Federal equal protection by NYS denying a Driver’s license to a citizen that refused to prove they are a citizen, not by oath or affirmation, but by their social security number.
If you care to take the time and have a Federal repository library, handy, like we used to have here, before the Stack sections were removed and either the books were stored in some obscure location that can no longer be accessed by the public, or else burned, you’ll find in the Gales & Seaton Record of Congress, that proof of citizenship was by oath, similar to proof of your identity in court - viz., orally or by affidavit - e.g., ‘I hereby affirm under penalty of perjury’, essentially, by signature. Hey mom tell them it’s me, yeah but who’s she. How do we know you’re really you. Well you don’t seem to have any trouble sending me mail; but suddenly after more than 200 years oath and affirmation was no longer good enough unless it was the oath or affirmation of someone in government; and not a single Democrat, anywhere, made the slightest complaint and still remain obsequiously silent.
O yeah one building was blown up when two planes flew into it.
So what rights do we lose, now, because of “tropical storm sandy”? Isn’t that how it works: there’s a catastrophe, so a metaphorical human sacrifice must be made to appease the Democratic-republicans, erm I mean God?
Well quite a long time ago former Federal SCt Justice Brennan ruled that States denying a drivers license to people because of something unrelated to their ability to drive was a violation of equal protection. Well fuck that shit, the Bush royal family rules now, along with their agent in NYS, Gov Pataki; but this precedent goes back further than Brennan because similar attempts now being made to destroy adult films were used in San Franciso to destroy Chinese laundrys.
So the precedents are there to destory this Measure B bullshit. But I’m not going to do the work, because I’m not getting anything for it and everyone ignores my blog anyway, but if you do the work or can afford a lawyer that can, you can have this struck down as unconstitutional; and more particularly, in my immediate interest, this is a lesson about “special interests”.
It’s better to work together rather than hack off a pound of flesh here and there as a compromise.
Prt 7 - The Right to Do Wrong: 47% dependency and “redistribution”
Dear Mittney, get a fucking clue: a super majority of citizens don’t want to trade stocks, options, or if you follow your RTTV, gold and silver or whatever 5 days a week for all the rest of our lives to pay for food, shelter, doctor bills, &c. So we use Our government to avoid having to do that. This is why you are losing.
Why don’t you start an investment newsletter and get the fuck out of politics.
I like how the USA is now much better than it was under the Nazis, mostly because I don’t feel pressured to trade stocks, options, or if you follow your RTTV, gold and silver or whatever 5 days a week for all the rest of my life. Instead, I can jerk off with my friends on the internet, work around my yard plant flowers and take it the fuck easy while your private sector parasites increasingly fade away.
It’s finally feeling like the Government of the USA is Our government; and I think that’s what you and your people find so disturbing; but this government does not become “your” government if you find 7% or whatever amount of the voting population you think you need to defeat the Black guy that is now the President of the USA. And it’s just that sort of majoritarian mentality of yours that is the real problem, because you and your people truly believe that Our government becomes your government if you win the election.
In short, Mittney, white people will vote for the Black guy that happens to be President of the USA in order to keep Our government rather than voting for the white guy and losing it forever.
So we take your money away, and hand out bottles of MD 20-20 to street people, you’re a financial genius, quit being so lazy and get your worthless gold brick ass back to trading stocks and options, gold and silver, whatever, like you expect us to do, or else die. J/k kidding Mittney we’ll cyber you some food credits if you can’t make it anymore.
~*~*~*~*~*~*~
So why doesn’t someone ask this Mittney person the following questions:
1) Are you sure that you want to be the President of the USA?
2) Whose government is the government of the USA?
3) And as a follow up, if He would actually concede that the government of the USA is the government of the citizens of the USA, then ask Him: what it is that makes Him think that we aren’t allowed to use Our government for Our own purposes?
~*~*~*~*~*~*~
The problem in this regard, is the Democratics’, but it’s a sort of vicarious liability shared with the MSM (mainstream media) which made it practically impossible for President Obama, who tried to address this issue, to continue the dialogue in any meaningful fashion. So if you want to discuss the significance of Mittney’s 47%, that’s the gist of it, as further exploded herein.
Since the D-rs are allowing the Banksters under Austrian School authority to counterfeit money then I’m going to metaphorically coin the phrase the “conservative paradigm malady” which is the MSM routine of playing to the so called Right Wing, as if a Right Wing is something that actually exists beyond TV programming. So if you really care about any of this beyond, Hey just doing my “job”, then the nodule of import, here, is this notion of ‘taking care of yourself’.
Grow the fuck up. Nobody takes care of themselves.
In the USA, all of us are forced into reliance on the private sector and the private sector is likewise reliant upon us. If you have more credit than the average person then it’s a little easier for you to support your habit(s), but you still need dealers so it’s only a matter of degree.
For the most part, the private sector is dependent upon us, as labor, as in the Bourgeoisie and the Proletariat.
In that regard, the greater number (labor) are makers and the private sector are the takers - viz., they take our labor and give us what they’re willing to give. The reason they can do this is similar to what is known as ‘a prescriptive right’ they own production property, we don’t; and in many cases “their” production property was bought and will continue to be bought with denationalized money - just like common counterfeiters - via the TBF Banksters.
Want some timber have Jaime print up some of His brand of money for you and buy it from President Mittney. O you don’t know Jaime? Awwww. Well the timber used to be Ours but now it’s “privately owned”. This is called “privatization”. The Banksters make their own brands of money, sell it to a 1%er and He buys what used to be Ours (Public Lands) from President Mittney. Open the doors come right in fellas, we have at least 4 years to loot the nation.
We don’t own any production property unless it’s Public and that’s the only way we’ll ever be able to afford to own any. The D-r(s) will never allow us to organize and take it. So all we have is our government and our indentured servitude to the propertied class, and then with whatever they are willing to give to us, which is increasingly less as “security” is “enhanced”, is all that we are allowed to have not by Our government but by His private sector; and now He wants to make Our government His. So you can God Bless America all you want to but if you keep voting for Mittney’s it’s all going to be owned by somebody else and it ain’t going to be God.
YELPOST
They give us what they’re willing to give and we have no other choice than to take it and then we in turn give that money back to the private sector - i.e., the foodliner, the private doctor, the private hospital, the private mortgage banker, all of which, we pay for by Our labor.
So the issue, if any, is how do we pay for it?
There are only two ways
(1) from our absolute dependence on what amount of money the private sector master/mistress of the propertied class is willing to give to us, which we in turn must give back to their private sector brothers and sisters or
(2) according to Mittney, from whatever amount of money we give to Ourselves, through Our government by taxing the private sector.
OMG :O they’re still allowed to tax the private sector !! :OMG Mittney you have to get elected, you have to stop them :O
Mittney’s real issues are at least translucent if not transparent:
He and His people are opposed to labor unions only because they interfere with what your master/mistress of the Propertied Class is willing to give to US, and even though that amount, whatever it is, still goes back to their private sector brothers and sisters !!
He’s agin’ it
Another aspect of this is that Mittney and His people are upset that Our government has a food stamp program, which again, directly subsidizes His private sector brothers and sisters. Their complaint in this regard is that the indentured servitude requirement for nourishment (food stamps) can’t be adhered to without exterminating people because
(a) His people won’t allow the government to provide jobs for US
(b) while His Holy Sacred private sector is unwilling and obviously impotent in this regard.
So like the Ron Paul audience on the health care question, ‘should we just let them die’, the colliseum arose !!
But the simple irresistible fact of the matter, is this, we the people of the USA, are completely and totally dependent on the private sector, for our very existence; supposing there was any truth to the case, as Mittney asserts, then His alleged 47% of the citizenry, that are purportedly dependent on Our government, rather than on His private sector, still have to give back whatever money we get from Our government to the private sector.
So it’s like, what the fuck is this poor hapless Mittney-McConnell-Ryan conglomeration talking about?
I ought to just leave you there duh, like your GOPstapo does
From the best I can discern, and I really hate to be “articulate” on their behalf, they’re saying that the private sector is over taxed by Our government while at the same time Our government allows labor unions to ruthlessly force the propertied class into paying US amounts of money which they find unjust and immoral. In short, that Our government robs Mittney’s people by taxation and allows the labor unions to done ruin their Nigras !!
So they need government assistance, O Lordy they can’t make it on their own, they need Mittney. O Lordy O Lordy please O please give us Mittney.
Keep diggin Mittney, he’s way down there now, ‘cause we kin hear his fading echo - what’s that? O, he’s opposed to “redistribution”
Snap, it’s that gotdam robin hood, terrorizing Sherwood Forest, again. Obama in tights is robbing Mittney’s people of their denationalized money by taxation !! and giving it to these filthy low life lazy good for nothings, taking it easy, minding our own business, fucking around in the garden, whom in turn immediately hand it over to His Holy Sacred Private sector, anyway.
Here take the gotdam money, I have gardening to do.
So like, really, what the fuck is Mittney talking about?
“What are they protesting about, no one seems to know”
And in the end His private sector gets all the money anyway. I guess maybe they feel they don’t have a fair chance at skimming some of it off for themselves under present arrangements?
~*~*~*~*~*~*~
Ok Mittney, I’m feeling sorry for you again. especially after you ran down that kid and cut off his hair, what a guy.
Mittney, you’re after that thankfully diminishing class of young white men that your people tried to force Black men into becoming too; which is another product of the “conservative paradigm malady”.
Lauren Lyster had some Libertarian college professor on her show the other day talking about how welfare ruined the Black family, he claims that The Black Family was fine before government got involved. It was a sort of neo-Moynihan report with some considerably twisted “facts” and logic; but anyway, the chances of you getting shot, or at least beaten for saying “you ought to have your husband blow his buddy in front of you, it’ll make him more understanding of women’s issues” was less likely before the 2010 Tea Party landslide and still is but that could change.
When I was growing up the peer pressure was, still, you have to get laid, Heterosexually, if you don’t want to it’s ok, we’ll get you drunk and find some poor lonely fat girl and we’ll gang bang her with you and then we’ll stagger around with our arms all over each other but it’s ok we’re not fags it’s because we’re drunk and you just got laid. Well most guys know the scenario; and this was a sort of coming into “manhood” thing; anything was better than cocksucking or cuddling with your buddy’s beautiful soft warm creamy tender ass, just ask your peers’ fist. Or you could be in Love with “sluts” and take similar shit which was like one step up from being a cocksucker. You gonna let her get away with that shit, Hey we fucked her last night. She wasn’t raped she wanted it. So a lot of that started to fade and of course Mittney and His Nazi GOPstapo Rush Limbeaus, Rick Sanatoriums are frantically doing all they can to preserve it. But it also changed in the time leading up to the Gay Marriage thing. Guys tried cock sucking and other same sex stuff because the atmosphere made it easier. Some of them liked it some of them thought yeah it’s ok but I like pussy too or I like pussy better, whatever. But there is less of a patriotic duty to beat fags, rape sluts and generally abuse people for Loving; but now there’s a new impetus, force Gay people to get married - e.g., O you’re not married, still fuck around then, huh, you fucking slut, OK vote against AIDS research. Now this guy is a fag but this guy is the kinda Gay we kin lurn ta like. This guy’s Black but this one is definitely a Nigger. Same mentality. So when you grow up/live in that paradigm along with here jerk off while you look at “Playboy Magazine” - you are programmed and directed into the idea, that you need to buy a trophy wife, which takes a tremendous amount of money, you need clothes, a car, a home, cash to travel, impress, buy gifts, dadada; and now the only alternative is reborn, you can become a middle class Democratic; but only if you work hard, obey and follow the rules. So the period from 20 something drooling hardon to settling for “a nice girl” became an essential part of “the economy” and when you’re a young 20 something kid with a perpetually drooling hard on with pretty women all over television, which you are led to believe, you’ll find in vast quantities in Metro areas, all you need is a job: then eco 101, Austrian Economics, Kindler and Gentler Nazis, trading silver and gold makes a lot of sense at least as hmm here’s another angle all of which leads to heavier use like np I’ll be a millionaire and then I’ll be able to buy a trophy wife. So 1st it was Rock n Roll and then it was let’s hire 20 Mule Team Brill Cream for Pres !! and then it was Rock n Roll has got to go and then Rock Star became trading stocks or Mittney at Bain Capital and now it’s being a Bankster like Jaime Dimon: who is kind of an ug but hey 20 something guy with the drooling dick do you know any pussy you want that wouldn’t fuck him in a minute; but let me ask you would you jerk off while you watch or get jealous? Would you Love her afterwards or call her a slut or both? So the trick for Mittney is how he handles these drooling hard ons that nobody wants to talk about or relate to; but the orgasmic climax to this hole thing is - what do you have for them to insert all of those drooling 20 something dicks, now in your hands, into, Mittney? You just gonna jerk um off forever? How do you get these guys from jerking off to porn to real live trophy pussy, even if they are “escorts”. Where do they get that kind of “spending money”? Needless to say, Mittney has his hands full
So it’s not a matter of being lazy or as Holy Paul says “complacent” (next they’ll be airing old Kennedy clips) it’s just eventually realizing that whatever you cum up with, Mittney, is a fucking con. Literally !! otherwise you’re going to have to buy an awful lot of pussy for these guys and probably have to buy a shitload of some cute ass guys too.
~*~*~*~*~*~*~
So to finally finish off … at the end of the following “Capital Account” show with Lauren Lyster, the alleged “producer” some 20 something drooling dickhead named Demetri, spilled his erm guts on his advocacy of the Austrian School/Ron Paul/GOPstapo scheme to denationalize the US Dollar which he promotes and advocates along with Wildcat Banking - this is addressed in detail in Prt 6 (my previous blog entry); but essentially the people behind this scam want to allow the TBF Banksters to issue their own brands of money, like credit cards. This was done before in the US and led to the greatest financial fiasco possibly in the history of people (see Prt 6).
The whole thing is quite revealing since FOX/GOPstapo used to allege that RT and particularly their former news persona Alyona is a communist and that RT is a communist conspiracy to destroy the USA. Wow, what better way? than to destroy the US dollar !! and ironically it seems to be the same conspiracy !! except that the real “Mastermind” behind it is Mittney, his GOPstapo and their TBF Banksters. Could it be that Mittney is paying for these shows? Maybe Karl Rove? The Koch Bros. Sheeesh :P I suspected the whole thing was bankrolled by Ron Paul or that SDS guy that Thom Hartmann works/worked for Lyndon LaRouche but I guess they’re all the same thing, right. Hey Rupert, you gonna buy um out :)
Prt 6 - Intermezzo - the right to do wrong: Value vs. Price.
A number of Financial pundits seem to be bitching about “the Fed” and Ben Bernake.
I would just like to remark: have any of you noticed the size of the National Debt? Attempting to manage such quantity alone is truly remarkable and certainly unprecedented. Don’t you think?
So there are minority voices, once led by Ron Paul, to torch the Fed and abolish Central Banking (even though the Fed is not a Central Bank) and from these various roots or rhizobiums sprout similar voices with most of them wanting to denationalize money - e.g., “everyone can have their own gold standard” !! or we don’t need gold so what all of this has come down to is this:
Let those fit to rule the world of finance (hereinafter known as “the elites”), issue their own brand of money; and through competition, we’ll see which one(s) works best. It’s all for business and it’s all what is identified or in some manner associated with, “The Austrian School”.
Hey wait a minute, “Austrian” isn’t that European? Why are the republicans supporting this? Well they want a different mix to start a war with Russia so it’s ok for them to use an Austrian, after all, they used Hitler and Waldheim .
Unlike the printing presses of various persons in the original colonies, the denationalization of money (hereinafter “denationalization”) is truly, counterfeiting (see Art 1, sec 8, cl. 6, US Const) and what it would amount to is that the self appointed flagship leaders of the plutocratic elite - i.e., the Too Big to Fail Banksters - issuing their own brand of money, similar to the manner in which credit cards brands are issued.
The distinction is that none of the reserves, or else too small a portion, are US Treasury Securities and that none is monetized gold.
WAR !!
If Supreme Lord, Antonin Scalia, should not allow US to plead what I describe above and herein as counterfeiting, then what might we refer to it as? Uber Greenbacks Gone Apeshit? The distinction is in capital assets and reserves.
GREENBACKS !!
The way all of this denationalization has come about is by
(1) Romantic stupidity and
(2) the most uneconomic of all endeavors known to human civilization, war and war spending.
And regardless of what you might think after reading the remainder of what I have to say or which parts of it may drift in or out of your unconscious mind, wars and war spending always ruin everything and if there is any one Universal axiom of human civilization, it is that; and calling it “defense” doesn’t change that fact. According to the following account (scroll down the following link to “background, 3rd par. War of 1812) lQQk war is what allowed the Democratic-republicans (scroll down in the following link to (“US Political Conflict”) lQQk and their romantic hatred of the US Central Bank and support of slavery (scroll down to “Historical Context and Overview” in the following link) lQQk, to detach the National money making powers from the requirements of the US Constitution, which is hereinafter referrred to as “detachment”.
And they did this, without any amendment at all
This willful and intentional act of detachment ought to be identified as the post ratification origin of, “The Right to Do Wrong”. Those that like this sort of thing refer to it as “precedent”
So the charter of the 1st Central bank of the US expired in 1811 and then the 2nd Central Bank of the US wasn’t chartered until 1817. So the detachment of the money making functions of government in conjunction with Public Credit - e.g., the ability of the US Government to fund a war, occured between 1811 and 1817
You might also say, with a great deal of material evidence to support such contention, that the detachment coincided with the demise of the Federalist Party. But what is truly remarkable about this whole thing is that for all of the information available on the internet? Try to find a suitable search phrase to find out how the government, without the use of a Central Bank, funded a war, although the results are readily shown in the link for the 2nd US Central Bank.
So alas this mysterious factor is the key to this entire problem that we now face; but how is the public supposed to have an intelligent conversation regarding the greatest financial disaster in US History since the Great Depression and how to avert another, without knowing the facts? You can rip the doors off all of these institutions and totally trash the premises but if you don’t know what you’re looking for all it amounts to is a witch hunt, an invasion of privacy and vandalism - i.e., what a mob does best; and at heart of every mob is a demagogue.
The key to the detachment is the willful and intentional violation of US Const Art I, section 10, in allowing State banks to perform these proscribed functions in re Bills of Credit (scroll down to “background” in the following link lQQk )
If you peruse the foregoing information you’ll see at least two irresistible conclusions:
(1) the 2nd Bank of the US alleviated most of the problems created by State Banks and
(2) nonetheless, a partisan political faction remained loyal to political “talking points” in opposition to Central Banking which has been perpetuated and maintained all the way up to and including, Ron Paul and even in historical context, long after the opponents, Jefferson and Madison abandoned them.
One of the biggest lessons the USA ought to have learned from this is to avoid the national establishment of long term policies based on the transitory whims of a majority; keeping in mind that all policies under the Democratic-republicans are always long term.
O so what, tommy, what’s the big deal, it’s all just paper, anyway, right?
No it’s not all, just paper, even the person that made all of this worse, Andrew Jackson, was at one extreme as opposed to paper altogether. The intention has always been, even in times of the suspension of specie payments, or the gold standard (gold bars), that the capital reserves were US Securities (read this article lQQk).
What the big deal amounts to is the stability of value rather than the stability of price. And in terms of the US government, as opposed to almost any business, it’s not going anywhere unless the republicans abolish taxation.
So in terms of capital reserves, you can use goat shit as the basis of money, but then you’ll most likely end up having to pay someone, far in excess, of what you think it’s worth in order for them to even accept it. So the reserve you want is something with a stable value, because if you have to liquidate any part of it, you want to receive the greatest quantity of the universal medium of exchange - and what shall that Universal medium of exchange, be?
That is the question
This is what people always miss in regard to specie (gold and/or silver coins) or a gold standard (bars of gold). Either are supposed to serve as “The Universal Medium of Exchange”, not currency, and not necessarily a reserve for currency. Stop reading and think about the following for a minute:
The people that seem to be most keenly interested in these “issues” are gold bullion and silver speculators. Do they intend to use these metals for the purposes of mundane currency transactions - e.g., o shit I just ran out of celery, I’d better take one of my ounces of silver down to the grocery store food liner? of course not. In fact if they have to use it then they’re going to have to exchange it into some kind of medium of exchange which they find acceptable. So the idea is to maintain a particular value (the price which they paid for it, in a given medium of exchange) or to collect more of a particular medium of exchange they find useful than they could have when they bought it.
Just because you bought something at a particular price doesn’t mean you’re going to be able to sell it for the same amount and it will probably be for much less. There are other factors that cause this to happen, aside from the value of the medium of exchange, and this is what the problem is with any long term “asset” or worthless short terms assets too.
Which finally brings us to the point - the medium of exchange is always by fiat, because it’s value, as opposed to it’s price, is fixed by the fiat of government (see Art 1, sec 8, cl. 5, US Const)
Intentional Monetary Inflation
What an inflationary system ensures, is that you’ll always be able to sell things for a greater amount of monetary units than what you acquired it for, but that applies to everything else too and therefore only works as such for as long as there are willing and able buyers. So inflationists spend their time trying to use government to make inflation work - see “(2)” of the irresistible conclusions set forth above.
This is the distinction known as “the silver question” - viz., what happens when the supply of money is augmented by the addition of silver; and there it was found and generally agreed that the foregoing happened - viz., an increased monetary supply augmented by the monetization of new discoveries of silver resulted in higher prices; and then you get into the pedantic bullshit about silver is more likely to be discovered and monetized than gold and therefore silver is bad money, Gresham’s law, etc., etc. so abolish silver as a basis for money (the gold standard) or else change the 16 to 1 fiat valuation ratio of silver to gold to something else.
One example I see from “Austrian School” enthusiasts is the claim that “productivity” lowers prices and that this is what Harding and Coolidge policies led to; but the Fed ruined the whole things by interfering with the Holy Sacred Invisible hand of in God We Trust and caused the Great Depression by imposing their Satanic price stability manipulations.
So it is a sort of, fiasco in irony, that the anti-price stability people (the “Austrian School”) are the braintrust/pretence exploited by the foregoing “elite” where the “price stability” policies of the Fed, which the Austrian School have always been opposed to, becomes the only available recourse to deal with the resulting situation - e.g., we can’t trade our assets - they’re depreciated (lower than the price we want) - so we need more money !!
But what about the effect on everything else? O just destroy the labor unions and keep lending to the proletariat for the maintenance of their subsistence. They’ll knuckle under and submit they always do.
Value and price, like wealth and money, are not the same thing. This is what distinguishes monetized gold from bullion; the former is fixed in value, by government fiat, while the latter is a commodity, and therefore, subject to price. The only real solution to this situation regarding any fiat money which includes gold (or gold and silver) is the maintenance of a sufficient capital as a reserve, to the total amount of money (which is the 1st principle purpose and function of a real Central Bank) where the total amount of money, corresponds to, the total amount of economic activity. James P. Warburg (“The Money Muddle” (Knopf, 1932) laid it down like this:
“Money is created out of the necessity for some common denominator of value between all things and services that men have to offer and that other men desire. Since it is needed to perform this function, the primary quality of it is trustworthiness. No one will give up his hours of work, or the things he has produced, in exchange for something concerning the value of which he has any doubts. In other words, the workman would rather take home his bolts and try to get at least a loaf of bread for them than accept his pay in something which might or might not be exchangeable at the grocery store for food in satisfactory quantity.
If money is to be trustworthy, it follows that two general things must be true concerning it:
1. It must be impossible for anyone other than an agreed authority to create it. Otherwise anyone could cheat and simply manufacture for himself all the money he desired without exchanging anything for it.
2. The quantity of money created by the agreed authority must bear a direct relationship to the amount of work done or things exchanged in the community. Otherwise there can be no certainty that a given amount of money will buy a given amount of work or things. This is important. In fact, it is so important that it lies at the root of the whole money question”. Where and when total money exceeds economic activity various forms of speculation will occur which is where and when the money supply (credit) ought to be tightened.
Having stated these simple facts and that the denationalization of money is happening, right now - that is money is being created by the “elite” rather than the “agreed authority”, consequently, Federal money, is being replaced with private brands of money, issued by the self appointed plutocratic elites - e.g., it’s vouchers but it’s still medicare.
So the the young Libertarians - Tea Party Conservatives and a considerable number from OWS - have been utterly duped and used as facilitators and tools for denationalization now they’re apparently pissed off because they have been identified as such and necessarily associated with these aforesaid elites !! and yet still believe that there is some sort of justice in fucking around with the otherwise sovereign medium of exchange.
Can they categorically deny that money denationalization was advocated and popularized by Hayek himself? Or that they have no association with the States Rights CSA champion, Texas Ron Paul, with his, adopted, Austrian School?
This is always what the Nazi GOPstapo do, and which Ron Paul, is: they attack and challenge the conventional wisdom and then claim to be conserving it, when in actuality, they’re conserving some anachronistic pipedream of some economist who was at best leisurely philosophizing about money and is now conveniently dead.
It’s the Dead Authority ploy which is as good as Roman Law !!
Ut O, here they come, the barage of, you communist, you socialist, you you you central planner you !! communists and nazis are the same thing. tommy, how can you call Ron Paul a communist !! therefore he’s not a Nazi. Reminds me of Strom Thurmond’s support of Ed Meese for AG - “If Mr. Meese were corrupt he would be a multimillionaire and he is not a multimillionaire and therefore he is not corrupt”. Like Hayek was merely an adviser to Pinochet, like Colonel Haushofer was to Adolf Hitler. Col. Haushofer was a “moderate” Nazi, just ask the Temple of Set, or Anton Svendor LaVey who dedicated his Satanic Bible to Haushofer, O. Anton is dead too.
Now if you look at Basel III, the risk formula, bookkeeping and then consider the use of capital arbitrage, selling short with CSD(s) and hedging with off balance sheet “assets”, the actual amount of “regulatory” reserves becomes geometrically reduced. The following is quoted from “THINKING BEYOND BASEL III: NECESSARY SOLUTIONS FOR CAPITAL AND LIQUIDITY” by Adrian Blundell-Wignall and Paul Atkinson OECD Journal: Financial Market Trends Volume 2010 – Issue 1 © OECD 2010 Pre-publication version (pages 12 & 14)
[p.12] “Simple example on capital arbitrage and promise shifting
• Bank A lends $1000 to a BBB rated company, 100% risk weighted, by buying a bond and would have to hold $80 capital. Bank A holds a promise by the company to pay a coupon and redeem at maturity.
• Bank A buys a CDS from Bank B on the bond, shorting the bond, thereby passing the promise to redeem from the company to Bank B. Because B is a bank, which carries a 20% capital weight, Bank A reduces its required capital to 20% of $80, or $16.
• You would think that Bank B would have to carry the promise and 100% weight the exposure – but instead it underwrites the risk with a reinsurance company outside of the banking system – the promise to redeem is now outside the banks and the BIS capital rules don’t follow it there. Bank B’s capital required for counterparty risk is only 8% of an amount determined as follows: the CDS spread price of say $50 (500bps), plus a regulatory surcharge coefficient of 1.5% of the face value of the bond (i.e. $15), all multiplied by the 50% weighting for offbalance sheet commitments. That is, $2.60 (i.e. 0.08*$65*0.5).
• So jointly the banks have managed to reduce their capital required from $80 to $18.60 – a 70.6% fall. In effect, in this example, the CDS contracts make it possible to reduce risky debt to some combination of the lower bank risk weight and a small weight that applies to moving the risk outside of the bank sector – so there is little point in defining an exante risk bucket of company bond as 100% risk weighted in the first place.
The simple transaction described above allows the banks to raise the leverage ratio from 12.5 to 53.8. The Basel risk weighting approach has allowed banks to expand their leverage almost without limit for all practical purposes. There are proposals try to deal with some aspects of the problem in relation to CDS contracts, by adjusting multipliers on exposures and on correlations between firms (see C.2)”.
[p.14] “Simple example on tax arbitrage7 (7 This subsection benefits from discussions with Sam Eddins, Ironbridge Capital, with whom one of the current authors is working to produce a paper on likely future developments in the financial system.)
Counterparty risk arising from the use of OTC derivatives was one of the key hallmarks of the crisis. Regulatory arbitrage and shifting promises was an important contributor to the explosion in CDS use. Tax arbitrage too allows promises to be transformed with strong implications for bank on- and off-balance sheet activity.
Consider two bonds, H at a 10% coupon and L at an 8% coupon. One investor is tax exempt while the other investor is subject to a 50% tax rate on bond H and a 25% tax rate on bond L. The non-taxable investor can buy bond H with the proceeds of shorting bond L and capture 2% of the face value traded, per year, with no initial investment. The taxable investor can buy bond L with the proceeds of shorting bond H and capture a 1% spread after-tax with no investment. Both traders gain as long as the taxable investor can utilise the tax deductions. Neither partner needs to know that the other even exists. Price disparities signal the opportunity. The combined profits realised by both trading partners, after-tax, come at the expense of a reduced government tax liability. These sorts of transaction using CDS complete market techniques give strong incentives to banks with investment banking arms to create structured notes that are very interesting to investors – giving rise to returns and risk profiles that they might not otherwise be able to achieve. Banks arbitrage tax parameters that are never closed by their actions, allowing additional (theoretically, unlimited) business and revenues – but at the same time risking a build-up of counterparty risk and leverage. Without a properly binding constraint on the ability of banks to expand leverage through capital arbitrage, the incentive to build attractive businesses on the basis of these incentives – continually expanding counterparty risks – may once again become excessive”.
The Volcker Rule
So someone like Mittney who is a follower of the ‘let it rip, let them sweep, take the money and run and the ones that get away are the winners the ones that don’t are the losers, but hey that’s capitalism, c ya’: gives a nudge and a wink clears his throat and says “why, yes, of course, greater reserves are needed”, while at the same time avowing to abolish the Volcker rule which addresses CDS arbitrage described above cf., lQQk cf., lQQk and then according to other accounts GOPstapo soldiers are reporting from The Front, claiming there’s no need to vote for it because it doesn’t do what author Carl Levin claims (which raises the question: why is Mittney opposing it then?); and then others using similar psychology are saying O well the “corporate personhood” lobbyists have already destroyed it by lobbying and shot it through and through with so many loopholes you might just as well not vote for it; consequently one more thing Mittney can flip-flop on - e.g., O now that it’s nothing I support it !! and McConnell can spin on the Senate floor (Gee I better be careful giving them ideas). In similar light Jaime Dimon testified at the various Senate Committee hearings bragging about the enormous quantity of alleged “assets” and reserves his bank has.
Is he referring to those on the balance sheet or off?
But what is really fucked up about this whole thing is that Congress is going along with it. O Dear Lord, anything to increase the money supply, it’s so Irving Fisher !! It’s so Committe for the Nation.
So whatever the case, or actual motive, I’m not above considering that it’s shear stupidity, the system is guaranteed to stay as is until at least 2018 or longer so that - amongst other things - studies and observations can be done. In other words, recycled assets, is the new basis for private denationalized money. Think of it as, the new clad !! Think of it as, recycled plastic, just pour it in the hopper, let it mix and grind. All the good shit, all the bad shit. Just like Wonderbread !!
And by God, if it’s good enough for a hot dog - and there’s nothing more American than that - then by God, and by fiat, it’s sold to American.
In God We Trust.
None of the foregoing ought to be confused or confounded with “fractional reserve” banking, which is the way banking has always been done. There is no alternative to banking than the Romanticism of - weez a gonna go back to Andrew Jackson !! which merely had State Banks doing unregulated “banking” under color of reserve banking using US Government Securities as reserves And the reason I mention this is because I see from time to time, people denouncing banking in general. It dovetails with their desire to abolish “corporate personhood” which allows un regulated Banking and other deregulation of corporations.
Now there’s this group of or from OWS and maybe the Tea Party that is co-opting with the Democratic Party to abolish corporations or at least all rights they have under the 14th A US Const as well as our right to sue municipal corporations (Tony Scalia & co already prohibited us from suing Univeristies under pretense of the 11th Amendment US Const but hey all they do is demand a life of servitude in exchange for their services, right?). Well even if your amendment to further enshrine the two party system for eternity and making it Federal law to make certain republicans never receive more contributions than democratics, here’s a 501(c)3 private association or free assembly that influences Congress as much as a whole lot of other people that your Constitutional mutilation doesn’t even touch lQQk
Who are these guys ? O they must be authorities from in God We Trust.
There’s also some flying saucer person popular with some of the Tea Party and OWS who uses lizard people to replace Jews in Landed Gentry propaganda.
All that fractional reserve banking is, is that the reserve of the bank is a fractional part of the total outstanding credit. It is the only way banking is done and was ever done. But this thing about Andrew Jackson really isn’t such a bad idea in terms of US land and resources - make a law that says it may only be paid for in use or conveyance with monetized gold not recycled plastic and that any other reconveyance of usufruct or asset appurtenance thereto, rights of use &c, may only be done in the same manner with approval of the Comptroller and some other officer. This is merely a generalized thought in passing.
~~~~~~~

As far as Ben Bernake goes. If you look at what the Fed appears to be doing (which might be 12 or 24 different things) it appears as though some sort of joint operation amounts to purchasing or repurchasing outstanding Treasury security assets, which is normally the way the Fed increases the money supply.

So it could raise the question, that if that’s the case then what are these banks using as reserve assets? Is it the new recycled plastic? The more pertinent question is what will they use or be allowed to use. It could be perceived that the Fed itself is facilitating the denationalization of money but since it’s a government controlled enterprise, it’s doubtful it would be doing that without Congressional authority. It could also be perceived that it’s attempting to manage the National Debt with whatever means it has at it’s disposal

The thing, is, the Reagan Revolution was a sort of National lobotomy where fiscal policy was relegated to Satan and that anything and everything having to do with Federal use of money was forever and ever unto ages and ages to be handled exclusively by the Federal Reserve and the “elite” Banksters - i.e., supply side economics/monetarism, which has now led to denationalization of money. So in that regard you can’t place all of the blame on the Fed, because it is Chartered to serve in a coordinated fashion with fiscal policy and under the Lord God Reagan, the unanimous republican party and all of their CSA Democratic brethren - fiscal policy is relegated to tax cuts, and that this fiat order of government supplants all other laws on earth except those criminalizing abortion, same sex marriage and various naturally occurring plants, words, as well as human nudity. All I can say is the US Constitution has seldom stopped them before, after all, it’s just paper, right?

Food and Energy - Part II

Tommy baby, what are you worried about, sweetheart, there’s enough Natural Gas to last for the rest of your life !! all we have to do is build “the pipeline” everything else is automatic you don’t have to do anything.

O yeah, like the Buffalo. The what?

Or a modern day analogy:

“It is human nature to seek simple solutions to complex problems …. In the mid 1950s when an enormous population of anchoives was discovered [off the coast of Peru], grandiose claims were made that this resource was vast enough to solve the problem of protein malnutrition around the world. Throughout the 1960s, increasingly efficient methods were developed to catch these fish and the harvest rose quite steadily, reaching 12 million tons in 1970 … then in the next three years the catch dropped precipitiously to less than 2 million tons a year”[Kirk 945]

Now all sorts of similar examples can be drawn from recorded history: but the question is - are people that gotdam stupid or are they so gotdam greedy that they rush to the scene, bottleneck in a mob, each person reaching grasping hell bent to get theirs. Well these guys ought to know

Nothing lasts forever, except protected corporations.

Corporations But please before you go off joining the mob to mutilate the US Constitution - Nations, States and municipalities are corporations too just like the NAACP and similar concerns and in order for them to have rights they are recognized under General Law as persons; in order to be sued, they are recognized as persons. As of 1980 municipalities could be sued for the 1st time in modern US history if one of their Official Policy(s) deprived you of any Federally protected rights [Owens v Independence Missouri]: but the mob wants that abolished, they prefer the return of States Rights “Municipal Immunity” pepper spray, beating, racial profiling, Municipal Police randomly stopping people strolling down the sidewalk. O dear we’d better not sue, then we’d be formally acknowledging in a Court of Law that corporations are people. Groovy, keep getting your head beat in or obey, stay off the streets; and in that regard yes people are that stupid. But what about the Most Holy of all Holy Sacred Things, the States (peruse Article I, secs 9 & 10 of the US Const). Now under the Law of the Land, which you are hellbent to mutilate, States are expressly prohibited from doing various things, which under the Law of Nations are pre-requisites for recognition as sovereign entities; and yet, you allow them to humiliate women, persons with non Heterosexual preferences, imprison US for using naturally occurring plants such as Marijuana, allow them to impose monogamy and other Xtian tenets because your ‘lynch the corporations’ mob is more concerned with “money in politics” and to you that is more important than any Civil Right and more important to you than abolishing the 11th Amendment which is the only thing that prohibits people from suing the State(s) responsible for these deprivations and those injured in fact being awarded monetary damages. And, alas there is the Law of Nations, which is entirely grounded on the point of law and fact that Nations are recognized as having natural rights the same as people - viz., they are a corporation, a body politic, recognized as a person: but who needs law when your Masters have nuclear weapons !! Badges? We don’t need no stinking badges.

Trade Agreements: - those things you blame some innominate entity for depriving something or someone of, sovereignty, which cannot exist without individual sovereignty from whence such Natural Rights are projected. Trade agreements particularly multi- lateral ones are made possible under the law of nations with nations cooperating rather than “competing”. But again what the hell, you have the Military-Industrial-University-Health Care complex, just let the government acting as direct business agent for business enter into contracts with other businessmen in a foreign nation and then ratify it and call it a bi-lateral treaty. I’ve heard some of you actually promoting that.

Defense: - 35 years of indentured servitude

Lockheed Martin - the biggest national defense contractor - forced a person close to me into either accepting a severance package or retiring early. If they retire early, then they pay a severe penalty (potentially a 20% neo-tax off the top of what the company had promised) and thus lose part of the pension that is due to them. They worked at LM for 35 years, but to LM that’s just not long enough. Does the Government mind? Not a bit. The Office of her local Representative sent her to the NYS AG - States Rights !! “we can’t interfere with the internal actions of a private business” !! which they gave billion$ and billion$ of dollars to, O God Save the Jobs. Bullshit. They’re merely sucking the ass of private business. So apparently, you have to be 60 years old before you can collect a full pension from LM. It makes no difference how long you’ve worked there; potentially you could be required to work for as long as 42 years before you are eligible to collect a still very modest full pension.

Under the law 20 years used to be “a lifetime”. And if the D-r system of Indentured Servitude is going to be perpetually forced upon US then 20 years is long enough. This person served almost two lifetimes and to show their gratitude they’ve shit canned her after 35 years. You’re on your own, babe. Now this person is under mandatory requirement to purchase Health Insurance. Under the RayGun era “Cobra” plan this would cost over $800 a month. The cheapest they found is $700 to $900 A MONTH $10 grand a year for health insurance? - Do mortgages costs that much? So how does ObamaCare (amongst anything else) help this person and those similarly situated? Do they remortgage their home to subsidize the upper Middle Class - i.e. Doctors and the Hospital Industry?

Congress ought to pass a law right now: 20 years of steady employment for a defense contractor, then you’re entitled to a full pension; and age shall be no factor. So how does the private sector Mittney and McConell’s ‘s panacea for all human suffering and need help this person and those similarly situated (if any)? O well they had a job !! and may survive for as long as the job lasts, at the employer’s pleasure.

But your Democratic-republicans the same people now hell bent on mutilating the US Constitution were on their hands and knees for the last 60 years, enthusiastically licking the ass of the Defense Industry, most especially the ass of Lockheed Martin and apparently made no such quid pro quo agreements for gifting them trillion$ of dollars. O this is good for “the economy”, the spin offs, Our manufacturing base, EMPLOYMENT:

With no meaningful protections for the person(s) that sacrificed almost two lifetimes virtually as a slave labor cog widget, subsidizing bloated profits for the Defense Industry the health care industry and even the University Industry (this person worked their way up from a GED to a 4 year degree to become a technician) all in exchange for subsistence.

So there’s your Holy Sacred non Union most successfull of all “peace through strength” defense industry and Obama and Biden will never even know this person ever lived; but this is how their contractors treat their own fellow citizens while the Democratic-republicans are licking and tongue fucking their ass (that is, if the board is even comprised of Americans).

Butt we don’t we hear anyone discussing this? Just schlep them off to the Holy Sacred State. States Rights !!

The State is a corporation.

But to really dink this out, this is how LM comes to Congress regarding the “sequestration” after (not before) shitholing this person and their fellow workers

United Nations - cooperation NOT competition

The RayGun era idea of competing with nations, rather than cooperation among nations; the latter as agreed to under the United Nations amounts to a Public Resource give away to business - that is - the Production Property owners - e.g., Energy Resource Providers have their Congressional Representatives passing laws that will grant free or cheap access to natural resources, which will allow these privateers to ability to sell these resources, Our resources, to the highest bidder. The problem is, these resources are Ours for Our General Welfare not the general welfare of a business. It’s what the US Constitution is all about, read the preamble; but under the D-r policy these resources are not considered Ours and because the issue of “ownership” is never brought up for discussion no one bothers to consider this or even to inquire regarding to whom these resources actually belong.

As shown in the first part of this series on Food and Energy (my previous blog entry) the idea is that these Energy Providers shall export these resources or sell them to other domestic businesses for the best marginal profit and thus the highest possible price; otherwise they allege that these resources will lay fallow or some other foreign person will sell the resources from another foreign nation or that a Communist nation will do the same on behalf of The People instead of a business - most notably, of late, China; and that this is some sort of injury to the USA. So the republicans have declared that this failure of the US government to allow these resources to these businesses for such purposes prevents the USA from competing with other nations !! it has nothing to do with the USA competing with anyone; what it has to do with is greedy selfish ruthless business people that want to acquire something that someone else needs as cheaply as possible and sell it at the highest price - i.e., once more rape the earth of raw material resources for profit and thus flood the market with what they consider theirs - viz, Our resources - while everyone else can go fuck themselves. It’s competion and “we” won, no one buys from anyone except USA business people; and they apparently believe that the US Government is under some sort of duty and obligation to do this for them otherwise it’s a national emergency.

HR 4402 The republican half of the D-r(s) made all of the foregoing clear, yesterday (7/12/12) in the House of Representatives by explaining their imposition of HR 4402 a Bill deregulating all forms of mining all the way down to gravel and sand excavation. I remember back in the early 80s I came across ‘private contractors’ digging gravel out of tributaries to the Esopus River, which in terms of mud alone is one of the worst things you can do to a once Blue Ribbon Trout Stream, I took pictures and wrote about it to Pat Moynihan.

At least now they’re asking permission, back then they just did it. But leave it to the GOPstapo to fuel this sentiment and you necromnacize this sort of wildcat criminal behavior

But aside from environmental concerns, what this sort of issue invariably comes down to is “ownership”. If these minerals exist on Public Land then those minerals are Ours. They do not belong to any of these privateers that want to take possession, sell them and have a “Victory for America” party !! when in fact it’s the antithesis or anything for America other than a few people doing business herein given permission by the government to ruthlessly exploit Our resources and prosper thereby while all the rest of us have to pay for it. Well Rush Holt (NJ) was the only person (initially) that even alluded to ownership but very soon flew into all of this corporate personhood bullshit that utterly destoys any serious discussion of anything. Yep way down yonder’s the mutilation of the US Const. no need to discuss anything until that’s done -i.e., GOPstapo Elysium.

An example of the more specious aspects of this “competing with nations” idea was exemplified by Rep Lankford (Oklahoma) which amounts to the same argument for “the pipeline” - viz., if some guy in the USA can’t sell this Marcellus shale to China then some person from Canada will. Well Markey (Mass) dinked it in terms of his analogy with the republican position on the exportation of Natural Gas (addressed in my previous blog entry) but still approached it from a “comparative advantage” position regarding China but failing to raise the issue of ownership.

The irony, here, is that China has done a remarkable thing, for China. In stark contrast to the republican position, that the USA ought to do a remarkable thing for private individuals doing business in the USA; so that these few businesses may be allowed to ruthlessly exploit US public resources, in order to “compete” with foreign businesses selling similar resources from foreign lands; or else to undersell China. When the US does this sort of thing, it’s called competition when another nation does it it’s called “dumping”. And then whenever a private person doing business in the USA loses sales or can’t make sales particularly if someone from some other country makes sales then the sales are “unfair trading practices”. In short these people are a gaggle of cry babies: they play, they lose, they want their money back, so they come crying to government for a hand out. In this conjunction they want to be granted a titular privilege under law to sell Our resources for their own profit and thereby deprive us of any benefit or use unless we pay them for what is already Ours. This is referred to as “freedom and democracy”

It more resembles feudalism than it does capitalism.

There were also discussions in re “the environment” but there was barely any mention of the “ownership” element, which is necessarily and immediately the heart soul and flesh of this issue.

Well what China did for The People and in it’s Own self interest, which it has every right to do: resembles what I propose in terms of Energy Quotas for the USA, particularly in regard to Natural Gas - that is - to ensure that The People, are provided with this resource under reasonable regulation for cooking and heating, while doing away with or drastically reducing Nitrogen Fertilizer use and production. This would have no adverse impact on anything or anyone except people that want to ruthlessly exploit Our resources for their own profit. The only reason the Koch Bros are going ape shit spending billion$ of dollars trying to purportedly buy elections is in order to preserve and protect that “way of life” - i.e., burning up natural gas to make nitrogen fertilizer and using the government to establish and impose this methold of farming in a preferred position above all and any others through the destruction of organic farming and the promotion of the Conservative red beef, eggs and dairy diet.

You heard of private prisons wanting a steady flow of prisoners, the Hospital industry is no different and the red beef, eggs and dairy diet ensures a plentiful supply

Now these minerals that China has decided to control, are in China, they are owned by the Chinese people. Under the Law of Nations, China has the right to do what thou willst with it’s own resources and also to regulate commerce, just like the USA - e.g., US Const Art 1, Sec 8, clause 3 and other provisions. So there is nothing inherently wrong with what China is doing, in fact it is a salient policy for the People. China is merely acting in its own self interest as a Nation/corporate person and the USA adamantly refuses to ever do anything even resembling that unless it’s on behalf of some business.

Paradoxically, the Democratics, with this corporate person-hood bosh, to mutilate the constitution, would have a Fascist Nuclear power, The USA, interfere with the internal affairs of a Sovereign Nation, by threat of Nuclear War

Christ Congress doesn’t even have the balls to ask one of the biggest recipients of its largess - what the fuck are you doing shitcanning this person that was your indentured servant for 35 years !!

I don’t have to tell anyone that lived through it, but this is what the Cold War was all about. The only difference is that this person would have been allowed to retire normally like maybe after 30 years like the plaque from EJ’s on the wall awarded to my grandfather

The USA is always right and when it says that nations can’t act in their own self interest because they have to serve individual business 1st just like thee USA does, because that’s democracy - so let’s spend more 100s of trillion$ of dollar$ to show how fucking number 1 “we” are because anything else is Communism

This is preceisly the sort of “thinking” promoted by Mittney & co and is a remnant of the RayGun version of the Cold War - viz Business 1st to the exclusion of The people.

We have to sacrifice because of the Cold War

When pressed, the very best that the republicans could or can come up with, as to how such “policy” benefits The People, they have only one answer, “jobs”. That was their only answer way back then there too. See “defense” above. 35 years of indentured servitude under the nations biggest defense contractor.

American Chauvinism

The US wanted, so deserately to hit the big time as a world power, and the way they’ve gone about it - well, if it weren’t so costly in terms of human existence and suffering - it’s the joke of the world.

The United Nations, which was the product of the Atlantic Charter envisioned and promised to bring into manifestation a world where nations cooperate not “compete” because Roosevelt and Churchill and many others from that era saw the terrible toll war takes from a Nation. But the US was so confident, just like the Peruvian Anchovies, that they could do both. The USA was never economical in any way. In fact if you would accept the law at least for a moment and consider the US, as a person, then I’d have to honestly say it’s the kind of person that never even tried.

The D-rs destroyed the Federalist Party and like Ed Markey showed with his graph, yesterday, it’s been a big give away to business ever since . At least some members of the D-r(s) are finally begining to see this, while to the republicans, this giveaway is the Most Holy Sacred and dearest thing about America and it’s the centerpiece of the Romney Presidency. Destroy Berlin before the Communists have it. Get yours before anyone else does “you better hurry cause it will not last”

Where are the Roman Corporations !!
Nothing lasts forever.

The Fed and the Banksters

This blog was inspired by MSNBC, “UP: with Chris Hayes”, Saturday, June 9, 2012.

And a segment discussing the Federal Reserve Board, particularly the chairman and their low rate monetary policy

But the answer to the question posed is not something to blame on the Fed; the blame lies with those that retail the free money that the Fed is making available:

(I) at what price to the lender, i.e., what is the % (interest) of retail markup

(II) is that price or % of retail markup justified and

(III) how Holy and Sacred are these monetary retailers in terms of political protection and de facto immunity.

As a preliminary, ordinary people don’t get any of this “supply” unless they pay the retail price in the form of the interest rate for a loan or the same in regard to a credit card.

(A) the National Average Credit Card rate as of June 13, 2012 is 14.92% lQQk

(B) The national average for unsecured loans cf. (compare) the rate in this nice article for February 2011 lQQk

(C) The National Average for mortgages maybe found here lQQk

Two things to remember about the banks that you get “your” money from is

(1) That they’re retailers, like WalMart, Walgrens, whatever and they’re in it for profit

(2) And they lend you money on their terms so that you may buy susbsistence

US Citizens, in the so called greatest richest nation in the history of the Universe, shouldn’t have to borrow money for subsistence: but the fact is, we do: because the Democratic-republicans adamantly insist that that’s the way it has to be because they say so. Consequently, they have no intention of devising any other way that would allow you to make your life more pleasant and agreeable: so the promise to pursue happiness has become a privilege of which only Daddy Warbucks and business are allowed to enjoy. So instead of changing this arrangement, which was never designed to do anything in regard to you except assist in your ruthless exploitation by virtue of your subsistence needs: government, and those aspiring to recognition in this regard, attempt to make a system designed to ruthlessly exploit you, work better - e.g., lQQk

With a cool sober disposition, there are several ways of mentally processing these irresistible and unavoidable facts.

From the political perspective, the position of the republican faction is to make this arrangment work better - that is - to maximize the marginal profits of all retailing - viz., in this case the rate at which banks lease money commensurate with the highest possible rate they can achieve in selling it to you.

This is the only reason you are tied to a lifetime of debt, thereby making a life of labor necessary in order to purchase your subsistence from business and then if any remains to pay back your loan(s) that are your only means for doing so.

The position of the Democratics is to ensure 1st above all, a fair rate of return to such businesses while mitigating the misery of those ruthlessly exploited: at least to the extent that they don’t take to the streets where both factions agree they must then receive pepper spray to the eyes, nightstick to the head, into the gut, crotch, breaking of knees under whatever official municipal policy is officially made executed and deployed for the purposes of protecting business because afterall “America’s business is business” you ungrateful bastard all we’ve tried to do for you, don’t they sound like your parents.

Either the retailers claw their way above you, in order to ruthlessly exploit you, or they remain your equal and get ruthlessly exploited along with you by someone else.

Your only choice is the greater or lesser of the same evil or else communism.

Now the various boards of directors of the media companies, in their neo-synonymous horizontal price fixing ways (they all report the same stories) have the various reporters/journalists discuss the Federal Reserve Board. On the one hand, this is just one more example of, behind the evolutionary curve, in this case by about 30 years, and another 30 before that; but on the other hand it persists because it has a purpose - viz., it places blame for the arrangement on the Fed and above all it takes all attention away from the Holy and Most Sacred in all of US society - retailing institutions that ruthlessly exploit you.

I seldom discuss the whole Fed/banking thing, not because it’s boring, but because USA capitalism is all about the ruthless exploitation of humanity for profit which is enormously depressing to think about and that’s what the Fed feeds or is directed to feed.

But the pertinent conclusory fact, is that the foregoing arrangment is not what the Fed creates. Here’s some useful data FRB stats

~~~~~~~
Now back in the mid 1970s the Humprhrey Hawkins Bill was made into a law which requires that the Fed report to Congress from time to time regarding particular aspects of a full employment policy which that law purportedly creates; and this reporting event, in conjunction with the various news corporations, is still hyped as a big deal, of enormous consequence, even though Humphrey is long since dead. At best, it’s a sort of USA version of Regal Ritual: the Fed comes to Capitol Hill, all Wall Street equity, bonds, futures, options, all trading, purportedly stops, to listen !! When did Mr Volcker light his cigar, did Grenspan seem a bit coquettish and coy when they asked …
I just stopped paying attention.
Fellini should have used this in a film. Particularly the Volcker cigar deal.
The practical idea behind Humphrey-Hawkins is to assist Congress in coordinating fiscal (tax and spend) and monetary (supply side) policy in conjunction with a further hypothesis that a lower unemployment rate might be realized if the Fed places full employment as a priority in regard to economic activity by being less strict about controling inflation. The idea seems to be based on the idea of wage and price spirals - e.g., the economy is cooking like the d-rs like and then business hires people who have money to buy things allowing labor for subsistence to demand higher wages, which the “reasoning” goes, leads to higher prices, with one feeding off the other. So the d-r(s) decided that 5% unemployment is full employment and when that number is achieved that the Fed has to start raising rates to cause an economic slowdown but not so much as to create a price recession.
Price recessions are theoretically good for you because it lowers your subsistence costs, which is bad for retailers because it makes it more difficult for them to make payments on the money they borrowed to buy your subsistence needs that they markup (at a rate geometrically greater than any tax) and then resell to you.
When FDR was President he introduced a communist concept - viz., a living wage, not based on an hourly rate or renumeration for the completion of a contract but enough to buy subsistence. Had the d-r(s) followed his prescription, then the present arrangement of you having to lease money from retailers for your subsistence would have never come into being. And this is perhaps the most important point of all:
Because in the reality of banking, these kinds of loans, along with mortgages, are bad business, and the only way they work is when the Proletariat is forced into a life of indentured servitude and debt.
At around this same period of time the US Senate refused to ratify the original International Labour Organization Treaty because it required that the signatories could no longer use or consider Labor as a commodity, so FDR, in lieu of Senate ratification agreed to it by Executive order. As a result of this, inconjunction with Humphrey-Hawkins, an ideology developed from whence the expression arose - “to take away the punch bowl” - as described above in conjunction with wage and price spirals, the Fed will raise interest rates, causing banks to buy the higher yielding instruments in lieu of making new loans thereby relieving inflationary pressures.
What has been ignored in all of this is the principal known as diseconomy of scale, which describes the price cost benefits of -e.g., mass production - the more you can produce and sell the lower the costs - e.g., you can buy in volume, invest to increase efficiency altogether yielding a higher marginal return but eventually you will reach the point where investment costs will increase and marginal return will decrease - too big to NOT fail. So if banks are charging high retail rates and essentially getting the money to retail for free, then the Fed will have to increase rates quite dramatically in order to slow down banks from lending or, Banks seeing that they are essentially making bad loans, will prefer risk aversion by taking a lower rate, backed by the full faith and credit of the Federal Government unless the republicans destroy Public Credit by refusing to allow for necessary taxation.
The fact of the matter is, loans for subsistence are bad loans. Paradoxically republicans see that but don’t care, you’re just an indentured servitude cog widget to them, you might as well drop dead while the Democratics seem to think that they’re the greatest thing since White sliced bread.
Just get a job borrow money and buy things btw here’s your list of thou shall nots.
The other side of (supply side - viz., monetary policy) is fiscal policy - e.g., stimulus through government spending (to create demand); and taxation, collecting money to pay for it.
So it doesn’t take much thought to see that if fiscal policy is abandoned - as the republicans insist - then supply side functions utilize money that is already in the private sector, which is what they want - i.e., they want all of the money to be in private hands and none of it to be in the hands of The People.
So if you’re thinking to yourself, yeah they’re all scumbags, I don’t want any part of it, just remember, the only way you can ever have subsistence aside from borrowing it is through your government’s ability to do fiscal policy. Abandon that and there is no possible escape from being at the absolute mercy of private business and the republican Police State that protects them.
But Mittney has correctly informed us, that “Government doesn’t create jobs, the private sector does”; which begs the question, what is Congress doing or what could Congress do in conjunction with or without the purportedly independent Fed that will lower unemployment? And if they can’t do anything then how is this Barack Obama’s fault that whatever Mittney &co wants, isn’t happening? That question has already been answered, republicans want all the money in private sector hands except for war spending
So the supply side idea is to just make money available and then all sorts of great things will happen and when they don’t it’s because of the Jew Merchant Leach Commie Socialist conspiracy who have sunk their tallons into the wholesome, White virginally pristine private sector depriving White Christian males of creating a good clean decent living and the creation of opportunities for a life of indentured servitude for you me and your family.
In Germany it was the Aryan race, here it’s the order of Cincinnati, Daughters of the Revolution or more accurately the so called “federalist society”. The antifederalists who were opposed to the US Constitution in the 1st place. They’re the real “Americans”, indigenous people, corral them off in reservations, and those imported for labor (my grandparents) - get your lazy ass to work you Honky bastard you.
The whole thing goes back to my previous blog “Opening the American Mind” June 8, 2012 wherein I refer to several of the most well known and d-r approved propaganda conclusions regarding USA problems reported by the Media and the number (I) in that list is this:
“(I) Every problem you have regarding, property, money and an inability to afford things is directly attributable to a Jew merchant leach conspiracy that duped the Crown into Chartering the Bank of England and now the bastards came over here as the Federalist Party and made “The Banksters” - i.e., the Bank of the United States and the Federal Reserve Board”
In that blog I also refer to the Capitalist Revolution, the same as did Marx, in his “The Communist Manifesto”, et al. The observation and reporting of this fact is incontrovertibly correct. All one need do is study economic history.
Jews were not allowed to own land and feudalism, was the reigning means whereby the produce of earth was generally distributed.
Under feudalism, those owning production property were known as “The Landed Gentry”. The basis of their wealth was the possession of Land for agricultural production under privilege and title conferred by the Crown. And that this Landed Gentry opposed the Crown, in Chartering the Bank of England, because it would create a competing class of persons having the power and privileges of wealth without holding and having responsibility of production property. It is likely true that many of the early Merchant Finaciers and capitalists were Jews or else adopted Merchant custom which Jews developed in the course of protecting whatever savings they had from confiscation, sending proceeds to family and fellow displaced Jews in far off lands and thus the appellation “Jew Merchant Leach” viz., the idea being that their wealth was derived from the exploitation of the Landed Gentry. Thomas Hart Benton put it this way “If there was ever a chosen people it’s the White Christian farmer because he does with the land what the good Lord intended. He cultivates it”. This type of rhetoric which is frequently found in the US debates by Thomas Jefferson and his Democratic-republicans all of whom opposed the Bank of the United States chartered under the Federal government, as it had similarly been chartered under the Articles of Confederation.
It made sense in terms of majoritarian politics because many wealthy persons Left England for the prospect of more Land !! the New World Landed Gentry Elysium !! But then again, like his republicans of present, once he was elected President he signed the Bill renewing the charter because the Bank was and is necessary and feudalism isn’t, in fact it is expressly proscribed by the US Const (article I, sections 8 and 9).
Previous to Jefferson’s election as US President his method for agitating the mob against the Federalist party was to use all of the debating points used by the Landed Gentry, in opposition to capitalism “to save [feudalism]” hence Jefferson, the Conservative, as opposed to the revolutionaries, those that allowed capitalism as a function of Liberty and due process; but with the addition of a new American twist:
According to Thomas Jefferson and his Democratic-republicans, the Federal government is prohibited by the US Constitution to charter a Bank because it’s not expressly allowed, but that States would be free to charter their own State Banks. This latter point about State banking is always omitted by the present day anti-banksters, carrying on the Jeffersonian tradition of blame it on the Central Bankstas (sung to the tune of “Blame it in the Bossa Nova”), notably, Ron Paul, and his so called “Libertarians”
Apparently they prefer feudalism over capitalism.
In any event, this is the origin of, the Jews control the world through Banking, rhetoric. It’s the Jew Banksters and their Jew Media, “they have a stranglehod on America”:
This anti-central bank, the Fed is evil, tradition, is the essential component part of USA “populist” politics. Because of the Jeffersonian Twist
At one time a State or locality used to print it’s own money and somebody might borrow money from a ‘Merchant’ - some people hold their wealth in cash and securities; but the plan goes bad so the borrower goes to the State and says - now look here, I borrowed some money from the Jew, and I really meant to pay him back, nudge nudge wink wink, but can’t, so please print some more money for me so I can pay him back before his Merchant Leach Conspiracy ruins my credit. This sort of activity causes the creditor to be paid back in money that is worth-less than when he lent it - e.g., the prinicipal he lent, $100, could buy one whole apple but now after he’s paid back the principal it only buys half of one apple - this is known as monetary inflation - and it’s uneconomical and forbidden by law to sell apples in halves - and that’s government regulation.
So by this foregoing example, monetary inflation is obviously a big advantage to entrepreneurs who borrow money to buy something to resell and then pay back the loan with money equal in face value but worthless in purchasing power - hence needing no money of their own, they reap an additional windfall.
Since the entire principal behind finance is to lend out more money than actually exists as reserve, credit is created by the promise that loans outstanding shall be repaid in order to cover principal deposits: the idea is to control monetary inflation to the point where people will still be willing to lend money (banks and depositers) with the addition of a modest interest rate, as insurance, so that the return of principal will at least equal the amount of purchasing power lent and hopefully giving the creditor some reward for presumably helping out the borrower -
Inflation therefore creates an additional cost and risk to the people you get your money from which they either pass on to you in the form of higher interest rates or else won’t lend you money: either because interest rates are sufficiently high where they don’t need to or else it’s just bad business.
Subsistence ought not to be about business, but the d-r(s) adamantly insist that it is; and they will more often than not pressure these retailers to make bad business decisions - lend at a higher rate with greater costs and risks and then bitch and complain about it when things go bad - e.g., it’s the Fed’s fault !!
So who’s the most likely candidate to get these forced loans? Most likely some poor hapless social parasite trying to make a living off someone else’s poverty, misfortune and subsistence needs, who probably hooked up with an equally hapless woman, by now, aside from the one or more across town with a nest of hungry disfunctional mouths to feed because the whole lot of them are encouraged by republicans to hate the idea of same sex or birth control
Would you lend them money?
No, of course not, you heartless conservative cur.
But this is the way the GOPstapo will sell their States Rights/destroy the Federal government, policy to you. In essence, restore the Confederacy - i.e., fiscal policy is represented as an assortment of Socialist spending sprees, to aid and assist good for nothing Nigras, sex perverts and imported labor honkeys too lazy to work and dirtying up the sidewalks waiting for a hand out: which again deprives good decent clean living White Christian Heterosexiual Males of the the dear precious money they need so their business can feed Mater and Pater and their gaggle of little children that all go to church together on Sunday.
In other words, keep the money in the hands of White Christian Heterosexual businessmen and out of the hands of those filthy Nigra Loving Commie Jews in government. OMG one of them is president.
Under eternal optomism, a State could conceivably control inflation by fiscal policy, since they have no monetary policy, but under a very limited sort of innercommerce; but as interstate commerce increases and with the various differring circumstances, in and of the various States, that becomes impossible, hence, a more perfect union with the ability to regulate commerce, is required, which Europe failed to do - as recently echoed by an astute representative of Italy - and with an institution having the basic functionality of a Central Banking system.
Which is what the Fed essentially does for the entire USA.
Since the GOPstapo really haven’t a clue about much of anything and therefore appear to be incredibly inarticulate about anything other than cut spending and cut taxes any Federal government is too big all that business needs is all the money and International military protection - from the best I can discern - their position seems to be well ok we’ll allow the Fed to exist as long as Humphrey-Hawkins is abolished and all money is relegated to circulation within business whom thereby solely controls how much money individual members of the Proletariat shall ever have.
In other words, the whole schlemiel works fine for them and everyone else aren’t really Americans anyway and they can all go drop dead, which is without hesitation and pretty much exactly what the GOPstapo is. Nonetheless:
Article I, section 10 of the US Const, makes a State Central Bank pretty much impossible cf Article 1, section 8: but States could still have small State chartered banks lending money for simple local purposes - that is - within the confines of Art 1 Sec. 10. But private unregulated entities evolved; either unregulated because someone like Mittney got elected as Governor of a State and gave a nudge nudge wink wink to business, don’t worry about ever being prosecuted by us; or else there was some sort of Von Mises in a Time Machine that went back and imposed all of his various views on them.
It’s all of these various private entities doing what States and Federally chartered institutions can’t do that makes what political factions expect of the Fed practically impossible, because with deregulation, it has no real control over what these various institutions demanding money do with it except to make it cheap enough so that they can lend it at a practical rate and still get a fair return; and all of the private means whereby credit is created, under the insistence and adamant refusal of republicans to allow any of this to be regulated. It’s the free market. Hands off !!
So if you destroy the Fed and gut the Federal government so that all it is, is a war machine - all of these private entities will determine whether anyone outside of business will have money and if so how much. This is already being done in competition with the Federal government and to some degree the State(s) governments through their direct business agent the republican party.
For example, you can barely pay for subsistence with consumer credit - e.g., credit cards, but what is the retail % you pay to the private sector for borrowing that money.
Ironically, it was another Mormon, Mariner Eccles, that was the head of the Fed during FDR’s stint and used to bitch and complain to Congress, Hey the war is over, Hello, I really don’t like being used as “an engine for inflation”, it’s making a farce out of my duties and responsibilioties as a Central Banker:
So what does this mean? Because it’s a Very Important component part to any real and useful policy that government might create in this regard.
Call it, the Juggler
pents02
The purpose and goal of any financial scheme even the equity markets is to make available through credit more money or inherent value than is held in reserve - buy the inherent value sell the credit. With Banks the two component objects are deposits and loans. There will always be more money outstanding in the form of credit as there will be reserves. This works as long as loans are made for legitimate purposes and it is apparent that the lender is reasonably certain that the loans shall be repaid. So the less risky the loan the better, especially if they are secured. The market mechanism in this regard is the price of the loan and the degree of economic activity in the form of demand. So as long as the flow of repayments remains consistent with the flow of loans, then the apparent magic of money creation is realized - i.e., credit, works.
Rather than an invisible hand, there is an invisible juggler; but if there is any distruption to that flow, to the extent where it seems that the risks of loans puts in doubt their repayment, then depositers will in one way or the other demand their money either in higher rates of interest or else, the classic “bank run”, in which case the Fed is there for emergency lending.
The greater likelihood of that sort of run or sell off happening is where there is greater risk. So if there is orderly liquidity and diversity of investment, a prudent investor will be satisfied with modest gains or where greater gains are made by greater risk a diversity of investments will off set such losses. But all of these models assume economic situations of the past, which monetarism, itself, is based on - e.g., a “growth economy” is like a “growth stock” dividends are forgone on the bet of greater capital/principal appreciation - viz., capital gains. In this light economic activity is always present because there is so much to do - e.g., we’re importing a community of cheap immigrant labor. O dear we’ll need housing, clothing, food stuffs, blah, clear the trees make new highways drill for water, drill for oil &c. In the past there were actual shortages of money and thus a greater supply was needed and demanded - e.g., silver augmenting gold, reduction in reserve requirements, reduction in interest rates; such things would facilitate growth and expansion because the demand and need was there.
The situation of the USA today, which no Democratic-republican will ever admi,t is that it is no longer a “growth economy” and consequently they’re still waiting for the growth of the past to resurrect itself like the metaphor of Jesus Christ, simply in order to maintain what has already been created. The prime indicater of this situation is lack of demand. Consequently, how do banks remain profitable if interest rates are low and no one is demanding the sorts of loans characteristic of a growth economy? They assume riskier investments; but those riskier investments themselves are subject to the same invisible juggler - e.g., velocity and float - as is any form of financing.
So getting back to Mariner Eccles and the engine of inflation:
If existing industries or new industries are renewed or first brought into use, costs and prices are low and Public Credit made available for the purchase of raw materials to be fashioned into tangible form is not inflationary but is a value added to the inherent worth of those products and thus new industries and a growth of non inflationary commerce is realized. There is greater economic activity. But when that production is no longer needed and subsides yet the spigot of supply is still cranked wide open, and unless something else is provided to sop it up you will have too many dollars chasing too few goods. Prices increase because the monetary stock is diluted
But the Real fallacy, in this whole idea behind monetarism or supply side economics, is that you somehow get any of this money. Well presently there is only three ways that can happen
(a) business pays some to you [jobs, jobs, jobs]
(b) you borrow it from a retailer business with a credit card or loan or
(c) by fiscal policy - i.e., your government gives it to you instead of giving it to business who is going to end up with it anyway.
Under the republican dream cream, there is “(a)”, (b)” and that’s it. Under the Democratics, they might want to use fiscal policy, generally the tax code, to e.g., lower lending rates - viz., have the Fed make more money available through deficit spending which is raised by the sale of Treasury Securities and/or “pay as you go” taxation.
But if there is no demand, then those sorts of policies don’t accomplish anything because supply does not - under a non-growth economy - create it’s own demand.
The root of this problem is that Government serves the Bourgeoisie and protects their way of life. Look at them, 1964 is forever. Time stands still, because their “way of life” is preserved at your expense.
They are living in the past because that’s where and when their protection began. They believe that they still live in a growth economy.
So alas the real problem, is the Democratic-republican single party monolith - and their Mantra, by unanimous consent, that “America’s Business is Business”. The only way it’s unanimous consent is because I am not heard. I am ignored; and it’s not because I cannot afford to buy access it’s because they don’t want to hear or read what I have to say. It’s against their beliefs, translated into American? It’s against their interests because their only interests are their own beliefs. This is their fate
Rider-Waite_The_Tower_large
When prices are low and purchasing power is great all of these details on finance and banking aren’t recognized and are generally irrelevant. The reason people are noticing them now is that it is increasingly difficult to live and we the Proletariat have been robbed of our government. The only choice before us is the Streets - OWS - or blind faith: twist your head all around until you force yourself to beleve in all of this “hope”, which is no different than religion “the opiate of the masses”. It’s the same as National Socialism
People are afraid to know what I’ve just explained or else they force it out of their minds. O he’s a communist O The Tower, that must mean 911, off to the concentration camp for him; and that’s how all of this got so fucked up in the 1st place - or more accurately - how it didn’t get unfucked up - viz., because there’s enough money to keep the past, living, for the 1% and for those that worship and serve them, at your expense because it’s “their way of life”.
~~~~~~~

My solution is to provide subsistence to every citizen in the USA, if they don’t want it they don’t have to take it. There are all sorts of programs the Democratics can give away to the republicans in exchange for that and in turn win the confidence of the greater number of people - viz., those of us who can’t pursue happiness but pretend to do so with consumer credit and “hope” where our only source for accounts receivable is working and devoting almost all of our waking hours to give it all back to the company store.
