Prt 7 - The Right to Do Wrong: 47% dependency and “redistribution”


Dear Mittney, get a fucking clue: a super majority of citizens don’t want to trade stocks, options, or if you follow your RTTV, gold and silver or whatever 5 days a week for all the rest of our lives to pay for food, shelter, doctor bills, &c. So we use Our government to avoid having to do that. This is why you are losing.

I like how the USA is now much better than it was under the Nazis, mostly because I don’t feel pressured to trade stocks, options, or if you follow your RTTV, gold and silver or whatever 5 days a week for all the rest of my life. Instead, I can jerk off with my friends on the internet, work around my yard plant flowers and take it the fuck easy while your private sector parasites increasingly fade away.

It’s finally feeling like the Government of the USA is Our government; and I think that’s what you and your people find so disturbing; but this government does not become “your” government if you find 7% or whatever amount of the voting population you think you need to defeat the Black guy that is now the President of the USA. And it’s just that sort of majoritarian mentality of yours that is the real problem, because you and your people truly believe that Our government becomes your government if you win the election.

In short, Mittney, white people will vote for the Black guy that happens to be President of the USA in order to keep Our government rather than voting for the white guy and losing it forever.

So why doesn’t someone ask this Mittney person the following questions:

1) Are you sure that you want to be the President of the USA?

2) Whose government is the government of the USA?

3) And as a follow up, if He would actually concede that the government of the USA is the government of the citizens of the USA, then ask Him: what it is that makes Him think that we aren’t allowed to use Our government for Our own purposes?

The problem in this regard, is the Democratics’, but it’s a sort of vicarious liability shared with the MSM (mainstream media) which made it practically impossible for President Obama, who tried to address this issue, to continue the dialogue in any meaningful fashion. So if you want to discuss the significance of Mittney’s 47%, that’s the gist of it, as further exploded herein.

Since the D-rs are allowing the Banksters under Austrian School authority to counterfeit money then I’m going to metaphorically coin the phrase the “conservative paradigm malady” which is the MSM routine of playing to the so called Right Wing, as if a Right Wing is something that actually exists beyond TV programming. So if you really care about any of this beyond, Hey just doing my “job”, then the nodule of import, here, is this notion of ‘taking care of yourself’.

Grow the fuck up. Nobody takes care of themselves.

In the USA, all of us are forced into reliance on the private sector and the private sector is likewise reliant upon us. If you have more credit than the average person then it’s a little easier for you to support your habit(s), but you still need dealers so it’s only a matter of degree.

For the most part, the private sector is dependent upon us, as labor, as in the Bourgeoisie and the Proletariat.

In that regard, the greater number (labor) are makers and the private sector are the takers - viz., they take our labor and give us what they’re willing to give. The reason they can do this is similar to what is known as ‘a prescriptive right’ they own production property, we don’t; and in many cases “their” production property was bought and will continue to be bought with denationalized money - just like common counterfeiters - via the TBF Banksters.

Want some timber have Jaime print up some of His brand of money for you and buy it from President Mittney. O you don’t know Jaime? Awwww. Well the timber used to be Ours but now it’s “privately owned”. This is called “privatization”. The Banksters make their own brands of money, sell it to a 1%er and He buys what used to be Ours (Public Lands) from President Mittney. Open the doors come right in fellas, we have at least 4 years to loot the nation.

We don’t own any production property unless it’s Public and that’s the only way we’ll ever be able to afford to own any. The D-r(s) will never allow us to organize and take it. So all we have is our government and our indentured servitude to the propertied class, and then with whatever they are willing to give to us, which is increasingly less as “security” is “enhanced”, is all that we are allowed to have not by Our government but by His private sector; and now He wants to make Our government His. So you can God Bless America all you want to but if you keep voting for Mittney’s it’s all going to be owned by somebody else and it ain’t going to be God.

They give us what they’re willing to give and we have no other choice than to take it and then we in turn give that money back to the private sector - i.e., the foodliner, the private doctor, the private hospital, the private mortgage banker, all of which, we pay for by Our labor.

So the issue, if any, is how do we pay for it?

There are only two ways

(1) from our absolute dependence on what amount of money the private sector master/mistress of the propertied class is willing to give to us, which we in turn must give back to their private sector brothers and sisters or

(2) according to Mittney, from whatever amount of money we give to Ourselves, through Our government by taxing the private sector.

OMG :O they’re still allowed to tax the private sector !! :OMG Mittney you have to get elected, you have to stop them :O

Mittney’s real issues are at least translucent if not transparent:

He and His people are opposed to labor unions only because they interfere with what your master/mistress of the Propertied Class is willing to give to US, and even though that amount, whatever it is, still goes back to their private sector brothers and sisters !!

Another aspect of this is that Mittney and His people are upset that Our government has a food stamp program, which again, directly subsidizes His private sector brothers and sisters. Their complaint in this regard is that the indentured servitude requirement for nourishment (food stamps) can’t be adhered to without exterminating people because

(a) His people won’t allow the government to provide jobs for US

(b) while His Holy Sacred private sector is unwilling and obviously impotent in this regard.

So like the Ron Paul audience on the health care question, ‘should we just let them die’, the colliseum arose !!

But the simple irresistible fact of the matter, is this, we the people of the USA, are completely and totally dependent on the private sector, for our very existence; supposing there was any truth to the case, as Mittney asserts, then His alleged 47% of the citizenry, that are purportedly dependent on Our government, rather than on His private sector, still have to give back whatever money we get from Our government to the private sector.

So it’s like, what the fuck is this poor hapless Mittney-McConnell-Ryan conglomeration talking about?

So 1st it was Rock n Roll and then it was let’s hire 20 Mule Team Brill Cream for Pres !! and then it was Rock n Roll has got to go and then Rock Star became trading stocks or Mittney at Bain Capital and now it’s being a Bankster like Jaime Dimon: who is kind of an ug but hey 20 something guy with the drooling dick do you know any pussy you want that wouldn’t fuck him in a minute; but let me ask you would you jerk off while you watch or get jealous? So to finally finish off … at the end of the following “Capital Account” show with Lauren Lyster, the alleged “producer” some 20 something drooling dickhead named Demetri, spilled his erm guts on his advocacy of the Austrian School/Ron Paul/GOPstapo scheme to denationalize the US Dollar which he promotes and advocates along with Wildcat Banking - this is addressed in detail in Prt 6 (my previous blog entry); but essentially the people behind this scam want to allow the TBF Banksters to issue their own brands of money, like credit cards. This was done before in the US and led to the greatest financial fiasco possibly in the history of people (see Prt 6).

The whole thing is quite revealing since FOX/GOPstapo used to allege that RT and particularly their former news persona Alyona is a communist and that RT is a communist conspiracy to destroy the USA. Wow, what better way? than to destroy the US dollar !! and ironically it seems to be the same conspiracy !! except that the real “Mastermind” behind it is Mittney, his GOPstapo and their TBF Banksters. Could it be that Mittney is paying for these shows? Maybe Karl Rove? The Koch Bros. Sheeesh :P I suspected the whole thing was bankrolled by Ron Paul or that SDS guy that Thom Hartmann works/worked for Lyndon LaRouche but I guess they’re all the same thing, right. Food and Energy - Part II

As of 1980 municipalities could be sued for the 1st time in modern US history if one of their Official Policy(s) deprived you of any Federally protected rights [Owens v Independence Missouri]: but the mob wants that abolished, they prefer the return of States Rights “Municipal Immunity” pepper spray, beating, racial profiling, Municipal Police randomly stopping people strolling down the sidewalk. O dear we’d better not sue, then we’d be formally acknowledging in a Court of Law that corporations are people. Groovy, keep getting your head beat in or obey, stay off the streets; and in that regard yes people are that stupid. But what about the Most Holy of all Holy Sacred Things, the States (peruse Article I, secs 9 & 10 of the US Const). Now under the Law of the Land, which you are hellbent to mutilate, States are expressly prohibited from doing various things, which under the Law of Nations are pre-requisites for recognition as sovereign entities; and yet, you allow them to humiliate women, persons with non Heterosexual preferences, imprison US for using naturally occurring plants such as Marijuana, allow them to impose monogamy and other Xtian tenets because your ‘lynch the corporations’ mob is more concerned with “money in politics” and to you that is more important than any Civil Right and more important to you than abolishing the 11th Amendment which is the only thing that prohibits people from suing the State(s) responsible for these deprivations and those injured in fact being awarded monetary damages. And, alas there is the Law of Nations, which is entirely grounded on the point of law and fact that Nations are recognized as having natural rights the same as people - viz., they are a corporation, a body politic, recognized as a person: but who needs law when your Masters have nuclear weapons !! Badges? We don’t need no stinking badges.


Trade Agreements: - those things you blame some innominate entity for depriving something or someone of, sovereignty, which cannot exist without individual sovereignty from whence such Natural Rights are projected. Trade agreements particularly multi- lateral ones are made possible under the law of nations with nations cooperating rather than “competing”. But again what the hell, you have the Military-Industrial-University-Health Care complex, just let the government acting as direct business agent for business enter into contracts with other businessmen in a foreign nation and then ratify it and call it a bi-lateral treaty. I’ve heard some of you actually promoting that.

Defense: - 35 years of indentured servitude

Lockheed Martin - the biggest national defense contractor - forced a person close to me into either accepting a severance package or retiring early. If they retire early, then they pay a severe penalty (potentially a 20% neo-tax off the top of what the company had promised) and thus lose part of the pension that is due to them. They worked at LM for 35 years, but to LM that’s just not long enough. Does the Government mind? Not a bit. The Office of her local Representative sent her to the NYS AG - States Rights !! “we can’t interfere with the internal actions of a private business” !! which they gave billion$ and billion$ of dollars to, O God Save the Jobs. Bullshit. They’re merely sucking the ass of private business. So apparently, you have to be 60 years old before you can collect a full pension from LM. It makes no difference how long you’ve worked there; potentially you could be required to work for as long as 42 years before you are eligible to collect a still very modest full pension.

Under the law 20 years used to be “a lifetime”. And if the D-r system of Indentured Servitude is going to be perpetually forced upon US then 20 years is long enough. This person served almost two lifetimes and to show their gratitude they’ve shit canned her after 35 years. You’re on your own, babe. Now this person is under mandatory requirement to purchase Health Insurance. Under the RayGun era “Cobra” plan this would cost over $800 a month. The cheapest they found is $700 to $900 A MONTH $10 grand a year for health insurance? - Do mortgages costs that much? So how does ObamaCare (amongst anything else) help this person and those similarly situated? Do they remortgage their home to subsidize the upper Middle Class - i.e. Doctors and the Hospital Industry?

Congress ought to pass a law right now: 20 years of steady employment for a defense contractor, then you’re entitled to a full pension; and age shall be no factor. So how does the private sector Mittney and McConell’s ‘s panacea for all human suffering and need help this person and those similarly situated (if any)? O well they had a job !! and may survive for as long as the job lasts, at the employer’s pleasure.

But your Democratic-republicans the same people now hell bent on mutilating the US Constitution were on their hands and knees for the last 60 years, enthusiastically licking the ass of the Defense Industry, most especially the ass of Lockheed Martin and apparently made no such quid pro quo agreements for gifting them trillion$ of dollars. O this is good for “the economy”, the spin offs, Our manufacturing base, EMPLOYMENT:

With no meaningful protections for the person(s) that sacrificed almost two lifetimes virtually as a slave labor cog widget, subsidizing bloated profits for the Defense Industry the health care industry and even the University Industry (this person worked their way up from a GED to a 4 year degree to become a technician) all in exchange for subsistence.

So there’s your Holy Sacred non Union most successfull of all “peace through strength” defense industry and Obama and Biden will never even know this person ever lived; but this is how their contractors treat their own fellow citizens while the Democratic-republicans are licking and tongue fucking their ass (that is, if the board is even comprised of Americans).

Butt we don’t we hear anyone discussing this? Just schlep them off to the Holy Sacred State. States Rights !!

United Nations - cooperation NOT competition

The RayGun era idea of competing with nations, rather than cooperation among nations; the latter as agreed to under the United Nations amounts to a Public Resource give away to business - that is - the Production Property owners - e.g., Energy Resource Providers have their Congressional Representatives passing laws that will grant free or cheap access to natural resources, which will allow these privateers to ability to sell these resources, Our resources, to the highest bidder. The problem is, these resources are Ours for Our General Welfare not the general welfare of a business. It’s what the US Constitution is all about, read the preamble; but under the D-r policy these resources are not considered Ours and because the issue of “ownership” is never brought up for discussion no one bothers to consider this or even to inquire regarding to whom these resources actually belong.

As shown in the first part of this series on Food and Energy (my previous blog entry) the idea is that these Energy Providers shall export these resources or sell them to other domestic businesses for the best marginal profit and thus the highest possible price; otherwise they allege that these resources will lay fallow or some other foreign person will sell the resources from another foreign nation or that a Communist nation will do the same on behalf of The People instead of a business - most notably, of late, China; and that this is some sort of injury to the USA. So the republicans have declared that this failure of the US government to allow these resources to these businesses for such purposes prevents the USA from competing with other nations !! it has nothing to do with the USA competing with anyone; what it has to do with is greedy selfish ruthless business people that want to acquire something that someone else needs as cheaply as possible and sell it at the highest price - i.e., once more rape the earth of raw material resources for profit and thus flood the market with what they consider theirs - viz, Our resources - while everyone else can go fuck themselves. It’s competion and “we” won, no one buys from anyone except USA business people; and they apparently believe that the US Government is under some sort of duty and obligation to do this for them otherwise it’s a national emergency.

HR 4402 The republican half of the D-r(s) made all of the foregoing clear, yesterday (7/12/12) in the House of Representatives by explaining their imposition of HR 4402 a Bill deregulating all forms of mining all the way down to gravel and sand excavation. I remember back in the early 80s I came across ‘private contractors’ digging gravel out of tributaries to the Esopus River, which in terms of mud alone is one of the worst things you can do to a once Blue Ribbon Trout Stream, I took pictures and wrote about it to Pat Moynihan.

At least now they’re asking permission, back then they just did it. But leave it to the GOPstapo to fuel this sentiment and you necromnacize this sort of wildcat criminal behavior

But aside from environmental concerns, what this sort of issue invariably comes down to is “ownership”. If these minerals exist on Public Land then those minerals are Ours. They do not belong to any of these privateers that want to take possession, sell them and have a “Victory for America” party !! when in fact it’s the antithesis or anything for America other than a few people doing business herein given permission by the government to ruthlessly exploit Our resources and prosper thereby while all the rest of us have to pay for it. Well Rush Holt (NJ) was the only person (initially) that even alluded to ownership but very soon flew into all of this corporate personhood bullshit that utterly destoys any serious discussion of anything. Yep way down yonder’s the mutilation of the US Const. no need to discuss anything until that’s done -i.e., GOPstapo Elysium.

An example of the more specious aspects of this “competing with nations” idea was exemplified by Rep Lankford (Oklahoma) which amounts to the same argument for “the pipeline” - viz., if some guy in the USA can’t sell this Marcellus shale to China then some person from Canada will. Well Markey (Mass) dinked it in terms of his analogy with the republican position on the exportation of Natural Gas (addressed in my previous blog entry) but still approached it from a “comparative advantage” position regarding China but failing to raise the issue of ownership.

The irony, here, is that China has done a remarkable thing, for China. In stark contrast to the republican position, that the USA ought to do a remarkable thing for private individuals doing business in the USA; so that these few businesses may be allowed to ruthlessly exploit US public resources, in order to “compete” with foreign businesses selling similar resources from foreign lands; or else to undersell China. When the US does this sort of thing, it’s called competition when another nation does it it’s called “dumping”. And then whenever a private person doing business in the USA loses sales or can’t make sales particularly if someone from some other country makes sales then the sales are “unfair trading practices”. In short these people are a gaggle of cry babies: they play, they lose, they want their money back, so they come crying to government for a hand out. In this conjunction they want to be granted a titular privilege under law to sell Our resources for their own profit and thereby deprive us of any benefit or use unless we pay them for what is already Ours. This is referred to as “freedom and democracy”

It more resembles feudalism than it does capitalism.

There were also discussions in re “the environment” but there was barely any mention of the “ownership” element, which is necessarily and immediately the heart soul and flesh of this issue.

Well what China did for The People and in it’s Own self interest, which it has every right to do: resembles what I propose in terms of Energy Quotas for the USA, particularly in regard to Natural Gas - that is - to ensure that The People, are provided with this resource under reasonable regulation for cooking and heating, while doing away with or drastically reducing Nitrogen Fertilizer use and production. This would have no adverse impact on anything or anyone except people that want to ruthlessly exploit Our resources for their own profit. The only reason the Koch Bros are going ape shit spending billion$ of dollars trying to purportedly buy elections is in order to preserve and protect that “way of life” - i.e., burning up natural gas to make nitrogen fertilizer and using the government to establish and impose this methold of farming in a preferred position above all and any others through the destruction of organic farming and the promotion of the Conservative red beef, eggs and dairy diet.

You heard of private prisons wanting a steady flow of prisoners, the Hospital industry is no different and the red beef, eggs and dairy diet ensures a plentiful supply

Now these minerals that China has decided to control, are in China, they are owned by the Chinese people. Under the Law of Nations, China has the right to do what thou willst with it’s own resources and also to regulate commerce, just like the USA - e.g., US Const Art 1, Sec 8, clause 3 and other provisions. So there is nothing inherently wrong with what China is doing, in fact it is a salient policy for the People. China is merely acting in its own self interest as a Nation/corporate person and the USA adamantly refuses to ever do anything even resembling that unless it’s on behalf of some business.

The United Nations, which was the product of the Atlantic Charter envisioned and promised to bring into manifestation a world where nations cooperate not “compete” because Roosevelt and Churchill and many others from that era saw the terrible toll war takes from a Nation. But the US was so confident, just like the Peruvian Anchovies, that they could do both. The USA was never economical in any way. In fact if you would accept the law at least for a moment and consider the US, as a person, then I’d have to honestly say it’s the kind of person that never even tried.

The D-rs destroyed the Federalist Party and like Ed Markey showed with his graph, yesterday, it’s been a big give away to business ever since . At least some members of the D-r(s) are finally begining to see this, while to the republicans, this giveaway is the Most Holy Sacred and dearest thing about America and it’s the centerpiece of the Romney Presidency. Money in Politics


Is an issue created by jealousy, within the Democratic faction

I.e., republicans have more “large contributors” than the Democratics do, so the Democratics want to limit the amount of money these persons can “contribute” and thereby attempt to secure some sort of advantage.

But, what advantage? “what are they protesting about? no one seems to know” - i.e., so the advantage is never indicated; instead we get the old - if you were educated you’d know.

But, no matter

Their chief method, at present, is the mutilation and annihilation of the 14th A. (which was written and championed by the Republican Party, mostly by Republicans from NYS who were known as “The Radical Republicans”) and the remainder of the US Const, by making States Rights thee US Constitution.

Why do you think that no person in the present day republican faction or in any manner associated with it, opposes this?

Because it has no affect on them and gives them practically speaking, everything they could ever want - viz., the annihilation of the Federal government and the return to the confederacy limited to “defence” of the various “spreading American Democracy Around the globe” businesses that barely anyone in the media dares speak of at all.

Every State becomes Wisconsin or Michigan


The 1st thing that you will know if you read my blog, which is absolutely free as long as you have internet access, is this - Sovereignty cannot exist without you, the individual, being sovereign. So called “States Rights” is based on the idea of State Sovereignty. Sovereignty, as it applies to a State or Nation is an extension of sovereignty as it exists with the individual - i.e., I have the right to drink water, eat food, have shelter and socialize with people; otherwise what is the point of living? This is uncontroversial and is agreed upon by all authorities regarding Natural Law and the Law of Nations, which the GOPstapo’s famed “Declaration of Independence” is based on. State sovereignty is an extension of individual sovereignty by assembly of the people.

Take away “corporations are people” and you immediately lose your citizenship and become a subject of the Despotism wherein you reside - i.e., not only could you not sue the State in the Federal Court, because of the 11th Amendment to the US Const, but you will no longer be able to sue any municipality in Federal Court because your present right to sue a muncipality for the deprivation of your rights protected under the US Const is based solely on the principle of law that a municipal corporation is a person. See “Owens v Independence Missouri”, US Supreme Court, Brennan for the majority.

The 2nd thing is that the legal principle that corporations are people is merely another way of stating the foregoing - i.e., a State is a corporation. A State is a person. If a State is not a person then it does not provide a republican form of government see Article IV section 4 US Const and is devoid of sovereignty unless sovereignty becomes vested in some other person or thing. The US Supreme Court has expressly stated that States are corporations and thus people but as Brennan also ruled, that for jurisdictional purposes of 11th A. US Const., issues, the State is not considered a person.

The Democratic faction used to use the expression “no man is an island”. This expression can assume different connotations depending on how you view sovereignty. Under the law of nations an empty uninhabited island is not sovereign it is in a State of Nature. Now you can go out sailing, come across it, explore it and claim it, but in order for it to be recognized, as sovereign, you have to be able to defend it along with several other things under the law that you can also now find in the law of nations cf. the Preamble to the US Const.

This is all that State Sovereignty means cf US Const. Art. I, sec 10 and 10th Amendment - e.g., the States don’t have to have prior permission to enact local legislation (within it’s fixed boundaries) subject to Art VI, clause 2. Now look at Article IV, section 4 (ibid)

What the republicans want - who are essentially a gaggle of White Christian Heterosexial Patriarchs whom decided that the democratic faction didn’t honor them enough - is the power to buy State elections - e.g., Wisconsin - and then exert the full coercive power of the State majority against various individuals - e.g., Nigger, get back in your cage, woman, spread your thighs and have my white baby; get cleaned up cut your hair, don’t use various naturally occurring substances, you can’t read this, see that, hear this; but look nice and neat, go to church and don’t say fuck. And then tell whatever remains of the Federal government don’t you come into our independent sovereign state and be telling us what to do. Which is why troops were sent to Little Rock - it’s called en force ment. And nowadays they deploy things like Ron Paul - o sure vote for this and we’ll let you smoke pot - (small print) if the majority allows; because the common law categories and principles regarding them - viz., life, liberty and property under the 5th and 14th A. US Const are subject to abrogation under the law of the States - e.g., NYS Const. Art. 1, sec 14. This is one of the most favorite of the Great Compromises offered up by the Democratics in their apparently irresistible atavistic ways - we’ll leave that up to the States - e.g., people that have less effective means of “delivering the vote” or raising money, O we just leave them as “subjects of the State in which they reside or pass through”.

Like women being forced to endure these various tortures and indignities in the GOPstapo controlled States if they attempt to have a safe abortion; but rest assured the Democratics will be there to say that you still have a right to an abortion no matter how much State majorities, abuse, torment and degrade you. Just keep the money flowing and we’ll “get the message out”. Yep, the good old Thomas Jeffersons, they did the same with broadsides, hee fucking haw.

A few years back - because here in the US we consider decades a few years under the, “with all deliberate speed” rule - the State Rights Confederates used the United Nations as the Federal government surrogate. An educational instructional tool. So many of the same people doing OWS were essentially protesting on behalf of Ronald RayGun and the Bush family to destroy the United Nations !! they’re robbing us (e.g., Brown and Root ) of our (Ralph) sovereignty (Nader).

Ironic, isn’t it.

The distinction is in which way the power goes and what it’s for. It goes into the States if or when they arbitrarily deprive a person or person(s) of some aspect regarding Life, Liberty and property or the deprivation of some other privilege or immunity without due process and equal protection; as opposed to a majority in the State claiming the right to do so. One is to vindicate cherished rights the other is to abrogate them.

I’ve explained this dozens of times in my blog, in letters to Congress going back to the 1980s but no one with juice ever pays or paid any attention to me or more importantly, these incontrovertible principles of law. So it’s nice when I read William Brennan or William O Douglas or anyone for that matter reaching the same conclusions having met none of them. And many of these decisions were 5-4 or 6-3. Why? Because both factions don’t like the law, they want to change it and believe they can by purchasing majorities. The Democratic-republicans is one Party and they all want the same thing.

They do what they believe in. Money in politics allows them to get out their message because they don’t believe in using the government to do the same thing. I Love CSPAN. So the only difference between the democratics and republicans is that they have their guys and the others have theirs and want their guys to win and figure everything’s for sale - “it’s the economy stupid” - and most especially who you will vote for. In order to think that Money in Politics has any other significance is to believe that your vote is for sale - viz, you will believe whoever has spent the most money on getting their message out will win the election

Paradoxically, the real election, is, for their guys.

The 3rd thing is that if you’ve made it, this far, and understand it enough to argue down these people - that is to the point of them being tired of interrupting you and not knowing what else to say in response - they will then “appeal to pity”. White men from down south, like Bill Clinton, are really good at this and lots of women just can’t resist - did you get that Karl? Their story is this - if you “get money out of politics” then your Democratic-republican representative will be more responsive to what you want and need (small print) within the menu provided.

Vegetables: potato. would you like that baked, french fried or potato salad.

No where on earth or at any other time has the following had greater significance than it has now: in newspapers, magazines, radio and television - “MONEY TALKS” - and it does so through the News and through advertising; the latter of the two is what pays for the whole thing. So if you “take money out of politcs” money still controls, what is reported, as news, and what information, you receive, regarding what it is that you “want” to buy.

It’s as if those that report the news are saying ‘we can’t help ourselves, we have to say what we’re paid to say’ which actually exposes the whole canard - viz., which is it? the money buys your vote or buys news reporters who can’t help themselves and have to instruct you to vote for whomsoever spends the most money or they get fired and blacklisted? What a crock of shit. If there is any truth to this then the money is ordering the news to tell you who to vote for depending on who spends the most money. So turn off the fucking news and don’t read the broadsides and then what happens? They send you money in the mail with instructions on who to vote for? They burn a cross in your front yard and follow you in behind the curtain with their pointy hat on? O yeah sure send more money I’ll vote for him and then you vote for someone else. Well the original story is that this money corrupts members of Congress and makes them do things against their actual beliefs. Well if you believe that then the 1st thing you can do is tell Congress and the media to instruct the people and members of Congress to end all tax deductions for all advertising. Or John McCain is a big daddy on all this right? Regulate advertising under the interstate commerce clause and see if Scalia & co says that the 1st Amendment renders the interstate commerce clause unconstitutional.

What all of this presumes and supposes is that “money corrupts” and therefore both factions ought to have “a level playing field” and “equal opportunity” to corrupt people with their guys’ money. Unfortunately, for people that believe in this shit, like Thom Hartmann, Robert Reich and possibly a few others, who are members of/work in the mainstream media: “level playing field” and “equal opportunity” are Democratic “talking points”. In contrast, the republican faction believes in “the winners” and “success” for the determination of who can have the greater opportunity to corrupt voters: but, primarily, people that report the news, who are, afterall, the chief progenitors of this peculiar ideology - viz.,

“MONEY TALKS” really ought to replace E Pluribus Unum or whatever the government presumes the US Motto is or what ever it presumes to project to the rest of the world because “MONEY TALKS” sums it up succinctly and accurately and consequently this is the true religion of the Democratic-republicans - i.e., it’s what they worship and adore. As Mittney explains - don’t punish us for our success. Which is getting the most money for their campaigns. So when one faction of the only allowed two, under present US law, feel that one faction has an advantage over the other: then the factions merely have different talking point, for the Democratics it’s “level playing field” or that “we all play by the same rules”; with the republicans it’s “get big government off our backs” we want to be free to “unleash the power of free enterprise”.

Sounds like commerce to me - see Article 1, section 8, clause 3 of the US Const. Amendment not required. But Will is, and 4th - it’s not there.

In conclusion “Money in Politics” is probably the biggest “distraction” of all. It’s like a real nice guy in a business suit jerking off to porn while saying geez I’m sorry I really am. My position on that is take off your clothes and make yourself comfortable. Quit being such a hypocrit

Things really haven’t changed much since I was born except: everything costs 10 to 40 or 50 times as much as it did - but the democratic-republicans consider that success, want it to grow and spread it all over the globe; rich people pay less taxes; we need more picture IDs based on more private information and we’re stopped from entering courts and other buildings unless we have some and still have to go through magnetometers pat downs, &c are stopped while driving and walking; but !! Black people and LGBT people can now participate under the very same repressions; women can have abortions if they can afford one and survive State torment and abuse; and so far we get to see bare assed women and people fucking for money on the internet. So where do the democratics and repblicans differ on these things? It’s only a matter of importance: the GOPstapo believes that criminalizing abortions, mandatory IDs disclosing your social security number and other private information for as many things as possible, stopping and harassing people spying on them via the internet or any other means are very very important while the Democratics go along with all of these things but feel that jobs are more important. Can we get any more vague and amorphous?

All that these people really care about is how the news reports what they’re doing.

They created this situation themselves; but to be fair most of it happened under RayGun. At that time, the GOPstapo guys weren’t doing as well as WCHP “workers”, in terms of income growth, so Paul Volcker &co changed all that by raising interest rates in some cases to 20%. So if you had a million dollars and weren’t making enough in interest to support your habit(s) now you could make 20% - ie., $100k per annum for the next 30 years.

So meanwhile, as these people were filling up on free money from the US government left for someone else to pay 30 years hence - i.e., 2010 or there abouts and more likely rolled over to a later time when interest rates are lower - Sam Nunn started the all volunteer military - no job? - join the military, “Be All that you Can Be”. Safe bet, no wars (small print) not yet. And the media was O dear God when will this awful recession end O O O O and RayGun happy as a clam called them “the doom and gloom Liberals” and eventually the Democratic-republicans abolished tariffs (that’s easy just tell them it’s a tradfitional Democratic Party Policy have the media say it is and they’ll do it) and also lowered tax rates on the millionaires lounging about with their $100k per annum mainline whoa suddenly juiced with less taxes; but O dear God interest rates are being lowered, we can’t get in anymore !!

But look at the retail stocks; and now people are allowed to have computers in their homes !! it’s “morning in america” and the media was like O we like this O so so very much; RayGun is President and Mary Tilotson via CNN announced that “God is a Republican”.

But the transition wasn’t smooth, there was that no good filthy rotten bastard Dan Rather and his kind that didn’t seem to be cooperating as we’d like, so we’re going to have to go after CBS and get ‘our guys’ to come up with some different kind of media - most of which was based on “The Stock Market” ding ding ding ding, it’s “The Closing Bell” and that part of the media is still with us to this day and that alone is what drives the ideology

“It’s the economy stupid”.

But all of this isn’t bullshit, because as Allan Greenspan, albeit rather slow, finally realized: many people that never participated in “the market” were now participating, and all of the money that was in bonds, started flooding into the stock market. If you were a smart trader you could make 15 to 20% on each trade. Plus interest rates were being lowered gradually, so people that relied on high interest rates, pension funds &c could get pretty decent returns for sometime while the stock market was booming too. Do a few trades skim some off buy some intermediate term bonds. Regular people themselves or through account managers were doing this as a means of augmenting their “disposable income” - i.e., their ability to make RayGun’s Growth, which the media loved more than anything, “the new peace and prosperity”. Essentially buying cheap imports with “the strong dollar” while businesses that used to make these very products were being bought up by Mittney’s Raiders, their assets were sold off, the capital gains distributed to his crew and then Look mawh no business. You’re all free now you can go home and play the piano. Did you try the Army? So all of the things that were unaffordable were now affordable and everyone that had a job - even if it was at Burger King of as Jim Wright used to say the “selling pizzas to one another” Reagan economy was in the bullish buy buy buy mode, just like a wildcat striking oil, a lumberjack finding the fmr Amazon Rain Forest. There’s just no end this will go on forever and ever until the rumors spread that “when your mailman starts asking you what to buy it’s time to get out of the market”. No no no it’s can’t be “Turn on those machines” !! people lost and wanted their money back. People gamble and want their money back. People have money and act like a big shot, everyone likes them and then after all the money is paid out to people so that people will like them all their fans leave and go find someone else to like.

Neither of the factions do anything to change any of that because they both want it. That’s what they believe in, that’s what America is to them and if this is not what President Obama wants then he is not making that clear to “the public” - i.e., people that report the news - or are they corrupted by advertising?

Personally, I think that this is a pretty shitty way to live and the only reason it happened is because Democratic-republicans don’t know anything else; but if you think that it’s a groovy way to live and it’s what America and life is all about then you ought to be in favor of lowering the capital gains tax rate - caveat - the time to do this is when interest rates are high but coming down because this makes it less costly for people at a higher tax rate to sell their bonds and move into stocks; or if you’re into the tertiary parasitic land brigand trip like Mittney was/is, then it gives him and his crew more money to buy companies, sell their assets, leaving people without a job and Mittney & crew to buy Cadillacs vacation homes in Europe, whatever.

So what the clueless GOPstapo is doing, is trying to repeat the RayGun “it’s morning in America” scenario, under entirely different circumstances - i.e., interest rates now are already as low as they’re going to get.

RayGun lucked into the situation he lucked into with the Fed somewhat overreacting. The GOPstapo hasn’t a clue they never did. They think the universe happened 6000 years ago

The important thing is that the Fed action did work but only as one component part of the equation. The other essential parts were the abolition of tariffs and the eventual abolition of reserve rates and what is/was allowed as bona fide reserves - i.e., something you can do emergency borrowing on in a crisis situation - i.e., one of the chief purposes and function of the Fed.

Because of the immense size and amount of international trade transactions ( I had proposes a modest tax on each transaction which almost everyone in government utterly ignored) there was talk of using foreign currency reserves as domestic reserves.

The derugulation of banking allowed for greater and more liberal amounts and terms for “consumer credit”. At one point almost anyone could get a credit card and banks started requiring it for identification, check cashing and whatever else they could think of to induce you to get one from or through them for a fee. So people could get credit cards while retail stores were springing up everywhere selling cheap imports.

That function, was possibly, the largest part of the “morning in america” economy. And it was another aspect that the D-rs see no end to even though the end was/is self-evident - i.e., you run out of source countries to import from. There is no way around this unless you have a system of non discriminatory tariffs to create an equilibrium between the currencies, which is easily doable but which the D-rs adamantly refuse to do. Consequently trade imbalances become permanent trade losses and something is then required to sop up the too many dollars chasing too few goods and when there is no sponge that large money goes directly into speculation - do not pass go do not collect $200.00.

The other part of this “morning in america” economy that has been 100% ignored by almost everyone is what David Stockman wrote about in the 1980s lQQk Stockman was RayGun’s budget director and quit. The States Rights, Goldwater Conservatives willfully and intentionally increased defense spending in order to destroy the ability of the Federal government to do any domestic spending at all. Pat Moynihan used to bitch about this all the time and people like Fritz Hollings used to make fun of him; but it is true and they’re still doing it now. I addressed this in another blog entry. I can remember when the GOPstapo were going apeshit over debt approaching $1 trillion under Carter. I think it was $976 bil; while Alyona reported on her RT show last night that the present day defense budget is $1 trillion, which Mittney and his crew wants to increase. I also remember under RayGun one defense budget of around $169 bil.

From the best I’m able to discern what the President and his crew wants to do is give people money to buy imports but also try to encourage people to start manufacturing businesses in the US so that the amount of imports is counterbalanced by domestic products and thus the greater number would have money from manufacturing jobs to buy domestic products as well as imports.

What Mittney wants to do is have the present GOPstapo members of Congress block any attempt to create demand through the government, get elected on Obama being unable to create demand and then cut taxes for millionaires and cut government spending and this he proclaims will entice foreigners to start businesses here because taxes will be lower for them.

I guess what voters find appealing with Mittney is his National vision of a Carvel Soft Vanilla White America - deport all immigrants unless they have enough money to start a business and that it’s ok if you feel uncomfortable having a Negro in the White House. Mitch n Mittney understand and aim to get rid of him. Rest assured take the kids out for some soft White Carvel

But the fact is neither of these guys have any intention of doing anything any different - not that I can see - but the only sure way to tell is to give the Democratics a clear majority in both Houses and re-elect Obama. Otherwise with Mittney you just get the same guys as under Bush, most of the RayGun guys are too feeble to do much of anything since they were the Nixon guys too.

So if you elect Mittney you’re going to get whatever is going to happen anyway except for Universal Heath care and you’ll have more threats about depriving you of your unGodly civil rights.

If you elect Obama you get whatever is going to happen anyway and you get Universal health care and at least lip service on civil rights. Now you can read this for free and pretty much know everything you need to know or you can glue yourself to the media read see and hear the same shit over and over again.

MySpace has to be Owned by the Republican Party


The following is what they sent me when I requested a zip file of my blogs. This was after they logged me out and told me I have to use a different computer and a different browser and all of this other bullshit - i have about two volumes of blogs on myspace, if they haven’t deleted them - that goes back to 2005

when I joined myspace in 2004 I supplied no info except blazintommyd and an email address.

Think of it as a stage or plateau, or maybe a sort of video game - viz., the reality of USA capitalism is that a portion of it’s success is totally dependent upon the abject exploitation of the basic needs of humanity - i.e., if you, through your government provide subsistence to each and every citizen, then that part of capitalism dies because it’s purpose and means for existence dies. So if you want it to live then you shall serve it and it shall exploit you and drive you into the ground by depriving you of the basic subsistence needs that every human being requires.

Here’s the catch. By allowing that Old form of capitalism to die the remaining parts prosper.

Now this may seem strange to some people but to those that truly understand Communism, it makes perfect sense, because communism only becomes inevitable when Bourgeois Society has reached it’s ultimate ability to grow at which point it begins to fall apart and give way to Communism - that is - all distinctions between the Bourgeoisie and the Proletariat cease to exist.

So in actuality this is the GOPstopO’s problem because they’re the ones that represent the greed and avarice of business and the sole means by which this greed and avarice exists and continues is by forcing you to be at the complete and total mercy of private business to supply all of your basic subsistence needs, which you may then only acquire if you work for them as an indentured servant

While they seem to be talking the talk, what they are actually doing is supporting the various industries whose way of doing business is obsolete - Exxon in particular - which serves as the greatest of all imagineable drags to Our Progress as a Society and Our needs as people, fuck the business bullshit, they had their 100s year go at it. Let Our wealth be measured by the healthy existence of every citizen providing for all citizens’ basic subsistence needs through Our government. You want more? Go to the private sector, and now you’ll actually be able to afford to, while not going cold and hungry.

People in the USA tend to think of everything as the reality of their own mind.

I look out across the hilltops and there are so many trees I could burn them all and never run out, but the other 16,000 people that live here couldn’t, especially if some unregulated private property business comes in clear cuts the hills and exports the whole load to some foreign country. So as soon as we start thinking in terms of the community and the best way to utilize these limited resources instead of allowing business to do it - which is what the Democratic-republicans want. The Federalist* ideal is that a majority cannot deprive people of the commonly recognised Rights of Persons, whether this is under pretense of majority rule or anything else - unless there is a compelling interest to do so - that is - an express duty, purpose and obligation of government cannot be done in any other manner; and thus, that the primary purpose of government is to protect Civil Society from arbitrary deprivations, paraphrasing our 1st US Supreme Court Chief Justice, John Jay ‘neither the power of the many over the few nor the power of the few over the many’; and that anything short of that is either a State of Nature or mob rule.

Consequently, “limited government” has two separate meanings to a Federalist as opposed to a democratic-republican.

To a Federalist, limited government means, that government has no Right to wrought such deprivations -e.g., under color of States Rights, majority rule &c, which is pretty much what the Radical Republicans attempted to redeclare with the 14th A. US Const; and why enactments in pursuance of that authority are considered by the US Supreme Court as “remedial” in nature.

When Hamilton wrote that the Courts are the least dangerous department in the Federal government it meant and still means that the Courts duty and obligation is to assure the vindication and protection of the Rights of Persons and other rights and has no Legislative or Executive capability or function

As happened, from time to time, the Courts have laid down a principle of law and Presidents have said, ‘go piss up a rope’; and what can courts do in that situation? Nothing, because they have no executive power to carry out their decisions.

Now this is an important distinction, because in England, the Judiciary was created by the Crown, as a Division of Labor; so that the Powers possessed by the Judiciary had been the Powers of the Crown and the creation of the Judiciary was a Legislative function, whereas the creation of the House of Lords was a function of war and aristocracy - viz., you are my officers in our victorious battel, I as Lord of this Land bequeath to thee …. And thus, in certain situations, by virtue of the origins in Curia Regis, the House of Lords had - e.g., final say over the decisions of Kings Bench (the highest court); and the Power of Equity, once an extension of Papal rule, by the eccelsiastical courts, was eventually assimilated into the Power of the Throne, by exercise of Sovereign Prerogative.

So from this division of labor certain duties and obligations which began as a sort of new shoot on a plant became a new plant

But the conflicts regarding supreme authority went on for 100s of years in England - viz., whether the power came from the Throne, in obligation to the people, as according the the Great Treatise of Bracton or whether as alluded by Blackstone, I Blkstn 156-167, from the people, thus represented by Parliament So to settle this sordid affair, there was a new beginning, the creation of an independent Judiciary, which was extremely important to the Federalist Party which sides with the ideal that sovereignty is an inherent quality of each individual, (Jay, Ibid) that we the Citizens are “sovereigns without subjects” so that the creation of these various divisions were by the Supreme Law of the Land with the necessary and proper incidentals thereof left to Congress.

To anyone with a classical understanding of law, as opposed to what is apparently imposed on the mind by the USA fraternity system, State or National sovereignty as explained by Vattel and others, is an extension of individual sovereignty. The Rights of a Person are extended to be rights of the CORPORATE state. There is no other way this could happen. The corporation is comprised of people, but when those people die the State still continues. The 11th Amendment doesn’t change that it simply forbids the sovereign individual from suing a State unless the majority of the State allows it and in other regards Congress allows it by remedial legislation.

Abolishing the 11th Amendment would end the war on women and a lot of other remnants of Confederate Nazi horseshit that ought to have been put away a long time ago.

Conservative people like to say that FDR corrupted this independence - e.g., with his court packing scheme - the fact is that the independence of the USA Judiciary was never seriously challenged until the Presidency of Richard M. Nixon, and was then continued by RayGun and the GOPstopO Presidents thereafter.

In short, they want to be the sort of King that would fire a Judge because he said that the ultimate sovereign power resides with the people

And the principle reason Judicial Independence was never challenged is precisely because of it’s independence. It’s sort of like having a talking head and threatening to slap it silly if it doesn’t shut up. But in order for everyone to be a Conservative you have to have everyone believe that you’re Conserving the real thing, the primordial origin, whether it’s the original formula of Coca Cola or the Garden of Eden; and if a talking head says you’re full of shit then it may not appear that you’re really a Conservative at all; otherwise, why or how could it possibly matter? So Nixon resigned.

And the purpose of civil deliberation, under Federalist ideal, is that if a problem or issue is discussed and all of the participants are reasonable and work within the same Constitutional framework, that they will all reach the same conclusion; the final resolution, serving as witness, therefof. The analogy of Courts decisions evidence the existence of the common law.

Obviously, civil deliberation has an entirely different meaning to democratic-republicans

Above all they tell us “that reasonable minds may differ”; Consequently, nothing needs be reasonable with Democratic-republicans, they table that aspect immediately and merely build a majority and then attempt to rule, thereby - e.g., ok fellas let’s all get together and agree on the same things, o you mean get our stories straight? yeah yeah that’s the ticket; and paradoxically, it is this very absence of reason as well as all other semblance of morality, which naturally results in an unstable majority - that is - people stray from one side to another, because the want of reason is nearly as powerful as sex, once basic subsistence is provided. So very little gets accomplished because there is no reasonable basis for agreement, other than bribery, and then as they’re patting their breast pocket, we’re told, it’s “compromise”.

The stark omission, in the case of the USA, is a National purpose and principle.

Which is one of the reasons war is so popular. Differences end at the water’s edge.

The Democratic-republicans figure that the best thing they can do, short of destroying the Federal government altogether, is use their majority to divy up the spoils - that is - use the Federal government to collect taxes and then by majority rule send the money back to the people that will, in return, vote to keep them in office, perpetually, and thus draw a handsome salary and other perqs (perquisites); hold their lapels as great men, drool down their lonsdales and belt down the single malt on every glorious majoritarian victory.

Now we have the crew newly represented by Paul (why is this man smiling) Ryan: do away with all government functions except defense; just collect the money Nationally, divy it up and ship it home in the form of Block Grants - viz., NSA for their cronies in State government - and then the States may spend the booty any way they like - e.g., tax the fuck out of those filthy Jews in NYC and send it on down to Mississippi to help Good Christian White Folks destroy Planned Parenthood and abortion. Here you go Old Miss, Our Bounty from those filthy Jew bastards in NYC. So being in your basic O fuck it mode, especially after the last State of the Union speech, I turned on RT. I really like Alyona, i have to find her site, twitter and all that, she has a fabulous show. Admittedly I also like Thomm Hartmann even though I have expressed my major disagreement with him and I’m beginning to understand this more in terms of my own empirical knowledge.

In this regard there are two symptoms (1) money in politics is not the malady and (2) what he refers to as the “capitalist gain” tax is not as rounded as it ought to be

In the 1st case, the idea that “money in politics” is evil does not stem from the indisputable fact that this form of commerce - under the misnomer of speech crowds out - e.g., my voice and writings - but that money corrupts members of the Democratic-republican Party. Like really Democratic-republicans aren’t like that, it’s the money. They used to say - O no that’s not Reagan it’s the people around him which came to be known as “let Raygun be RayGun”. This form of blind faith flows from the idea of a Garden of Eden - viz., some perfect pristine state was corrupted by the intrusion of an anti-God that duped the stupid ignorant weak assed bimbo bitch who in turn used her pussy to fuck up poor innocent Adam. Hence “money is the root of all evil” or in a more modern parlance ‘Love is transitory, but alimony is forever’.

The reason people spend so much money on politics is their belief that they can corrupt the way Democratic-republicans think and act. Believe me, there is nothing on earth that can change the way the Monolith thinks - i.e., on the Left side of the hyphen you have the Jumping Jack Asses, Hee fucking Haw, good luck with that one; and on the Right side of the hyphen you have the trunk n tailers, they never forget and they’re always in line. Both are in the Calvin Coolidge mode - viz., “America’s business is business”. This is why they acted in joint bipartisan fashion and gifted all means of campaining to private businesses lQQk, just like they do with almost everything else.

Now there are two important distinctions here (A) television and radio are 100% dependent on business advertizing and they hire professionals. These professionals do their gig and that’s it. They shit shower and shave get dressed eat go to the studio get makeup - do the 10 mins with the Newtster or whatever, then they get hungry, have to pee, and maybe do another bit after lunch &c &c. That’s their gig. In short that’s all they aim to accomplish and nothing more. There is no joint effort or cooperation to accomplish anything other than providing whatever time and space the advertizers alot to these various guests. There is no solution to that and no way to change that. The point is, the Monolith was fully aware of that when they turned over all campaigning to “the Media” (see previous link) . So the very best you can do in that regard is to abolish all tax write offs for all forms of advertizing because all advertizing is political, there is no way to distinquish or discriminate as to forbid or limit one and not the other - e.g., if Congress decides to change the major food groups from pig, cow, chicken and fish the Keynes family will flood the media with cloven hoofs are cool pig is the real white meat and fucking bacon !! OMGod I can’t breath without it !! and then Congress will be talking about bacon and eggs or bacon and whatever every chance they get - they don’t want to miss out on the time and space slots on the Peter Piggy Air Show.

All of them knew all that to begin with, see?

In the 2nd case, and speaking for myself only, working, or at least the only sorts of jobs I’m qualified to do - e.g., toilets, dishes, blow jobs and taking it up the ass - are exceedingly demeaning so when a confederate gets hired as Fuhrer like Slick Willy Billy Bob did and the stock market goes ape shit, say I make a trade for a capital gain of $30 grand. Now Thom Hartmann and his crew wants me to pay ? $9000.00 in taxes on that one trade instead of $4500? NYS wants to do this other extra tax on my absolutely obscene newly acquired opulence and abundance too; but the fact of the matter is I fucking hate trading stocks almost as much as the shake down I get in attempting to enter a Court or now even the County Clerk’s office who almost always forced me to initiate NYS CPLR Article 78 Special Proceedings to just file a complaint. It’s almost as bad as trying to apply for welfare when I actually ought to be receiving money for being incapable of doing anything - but hey as long as I can wash dishes and clean toilets … And because I don’t drink, smoke, do drugs, use fast foods, whores, clothes or practically anything else the Monolith wants me to consume, I can live on that capital gain for a long fucking time.

The point is - it’s a one shot deal and I’m going to use the money to attempt to survive in a Nazi Fascist totalitarian dictatorship where the Monolith is saying - no fucking way tommy your grandparents were immigrants and your fate is labor slave cog widget, be thankful we’re not Socialists then what would you do - O probably play with the fucking point of my necktie.

Aside from such tax policy being inimical to the idea of a pursuit of happiness - which nobody in government gives a flying fuck about unless it applies to them personally - lemme score some quick scratch and pay off the slime balls so maybe I can have some time to actually do what I want to with my one brief mortal existence - the Jumping Jack Asses are saying No Fukcing Way tommy - you work and you pay - WHAT WE SAY is your “fair share” of taxes, which amounts to - your purpose on earth is to be a slave to business and pay for our wars for Exxon, T Boone Pickens &c &c and then whatever you have left over you spend to satiate private business dress codes, fast food and hemmoroid medicine because you do not shit you make it to work on time 1st and no hiding out in the John either. O yeah you’re pro Union that’s right so we get to shit at work, thanks, do I kiss the ring.

Well for people like me, which is probably a minority but no one outside of secret intelligence agencies know for sure - the Jumping Jack Asses lost that argument altogether. It’s truly disgusting - follow our commands and maybe you can be petit bourgeois !!

Presuming there is any actual will remaining at government to do anything for people, especially 2nd generation worthless cog widgets as myself, the solution would be to formulate a policy based on what you want your tax to do - e.g., you think there’s too much speculation ? then you would tax long term capital gains at a lower rate than gains made in one year or less. You could have economists say that this would encourage investment and then the Jumping Jack Asses could go Hee Haw on the Peter Piggy show. But the way you’re talking now, picking on the only guy (aside from the President) that even looks Presidential is biassed towards the Jumping Jack Asses vision for America - viz., everyone must work but you don’t have to take a shower. So they figure that taxation, and for that matter, the prices of subsistence company store articles, are based on how much business pays you to slave for them - every fucking day of your life - e.g., does your pay check pay your rent buy you spam and keep you in a neat uniform pleasing to business. Good now you can borrow money for whatever else business tells you to buy. To me THAT is the epitome of elitism because no free person would ever choose that as their fate and yet you feel absolutely justified imposing it on everyone.

So what does all of this mean? Well 99.9% of the criticisms you all have against President Newtster and Mitt Romney is rather telling, for example I see no issue in regard to Mitt Romney being a multi billionaire and only paying a 15% tax rate on capital gains nor that the Newtster wanted an open marriage. Gee Whiz I guess those are the only real differences between the Left and right side of the hyphen.
