I guess it’s abuse in general. I’ve essentially been abused all of my life.

I was born and then somehow coinciding with my consciousness or perhaps shocking me into it my father schlepped us off to his relatives, see, this is my son. I can remember even at that young age thinking - who the fuck are these people and why am I here; or a while later, home at my mother’s vanity, doing spit curls, realizing and then freaking out “wtf am I; and I am so very weird looking” so I realized very early on that there is no freedom and there is no escape. Life is a nightmare. A cousin died in a hunting accident at 17, he lived where i do now; within months,my mother’s brother died at 48 - he lived across the street. Around the same time my grandmother in the far off place died at, 50 something. Back then they still had people laid out in their home. I remember seeing her empty shoes, just left there, as if she would step into them. All of these events were close together that I still wondered why is everyone crying and acting all freaked out. Even though my parents were there that I could ask, I felt I’d been abandoned by a greater authority that might actually have the answer. Had I only known that all of this only gets geometrically worse as time goes on I’m sure I would have killed myself - not because life itself is a misery. Life is a gotdam fucking blast. It’s because people have always ruined it for me and there’s no one to petition in order to hold them responsible and even if there were what would they do?

I would hope, “bring them to reason” like the common law Judges of King’s Bench used to say “to bring them to the reason of the law” unfortunately I was born in the Yah fucking who USA where power rules and somewhere within these words and ideas is a catchy jingle about Power and Abuse, because that’s what it all comes down to and there is no one or no thing to vindicate the weak petty and powerless as myself. There is no one to serve as my advocate either because there is no Judge or more apropos there is no empowered judge or there is no fucking electronic monetary credit to transfer to one of these filthy rotten worthless greedy fucking social parasitic whores, to the extent that they would be willing to toss the champagne bottles and other whores aside to serve as my advocate even if there were some higher power to judge of the justice regarding these issues

So at this point I can devolve into a self absorbed - everyone for themselves - rant, which all of you are programmed to think, yes pray tell, so we may all go huh at the end, now what choo think about that, mawh, and then walk away, have a fucking hamburger and a paper container filled with crushed ice and Coca Cola - insert sucking sounds through a straw along the empty bottom.

So the 1st observable issue is, “delegated authority” under a limited government - viz., what the judge or advocate, as alluded to above, is allowed to do; but the 2nd observable issue is more difficult to discern - viz., “Liberty, is the freedom to do all that the law allows”. Now the Mittney and McConnell Conservatives’ view of this and their Judge Jury and Executioner, Antonin Scalia & co is different than mine and as for the Democratics’ view, if they even have one, I have no idea, so perhaps they’ll adopt mine. Tony, you’re free to do so too.

The Conservative view, at least since the time of “The Reagan Revolution” has been “the right to do wrong” or in Jeffersonian terms “if’n’ the law don’t say ya can’t then ya kin”. So in their view every bad thing that may ever happen is something that limited government cannot touch unless the mob says ya can’t do it. For example, if my advocate pulled themselves up from the chaise, tucked in their poets’ shirt and with raised finger stumbled to the bench on my behalf and a Judge foresaw the great injustice that had befallen me and would dare have the audacity to rule, this man has the right to be left alone !! the Conservatives, depending on what I wanted to be left alone doing might take offense over such ruling - e.g., was the Judge so empowered by them to make such ruling.

This is the Great chasm between Conservatives and the common law, because the common law says “where there is a right there is a remedy”, but according to the Conservatives, the remedy is only possible if they previously authorized it. So the immediate and irresistible question then is - what becomes of this right? Their view leaves no other explanation than this - you buy an assault rifle or any other firearm, because your right to “bear” them is without limitation and with that tool, you then pursue that right by private war (the Hawks) or “the ballot box” (the Doves), which brings us to the cause of all of these problems to begin with - for amongst other things - if you enact volumes and volumes of thou shalt nots and thou shalts, you still have to go to a Judge to have them grant permission to the executive in order to have such rulings enforced - viz., that is, for the government, rather than the individual, to use arms, if necessary, to protect the persons’ judicially vindicated right against one or any that may deprive him of the peaceful use enjoyment and exercise thereof.

Now think on this. There is veritably no more efficacy in this latter process than any of the others so what is this key which unlocks the secrets to the foundation of the Universe? Assent. And how would you rather have it, at the end of a gun barrel or by common reason?

A mob may form to overpower an individual - e.g., a Black man having sex with a white woman - or a number of individuals -e.g., nude sunbathers enjoying a naturally occuring plant - long live the memory of William Randolph Hearst may his purported right to ruin and deprive one or many of our happiness live on after his death because “the power of the many over the few everyone abide by majority rule”.

And in terms of The Peace the matter can only resolve in private arms or public arms - that is - private arms and private wars to vindicate rights whose remedy have not yet been authorized by the mob or The Common Law as opposed to, where there is a right there shall be a remedy. Show us your right and regardless of the fact that the mob have yet to authorize a remedy we shall create one for you and it shall be enforced by the government for your peaceful use and enjoyment, thereof.

By virtue of Civil Society and the evolution thereof People generally have greater regard for acts of government commensurate with “taking the law in their own hands”. But to the Conservatives “it just ain’t right and weez agin’ it” !! with choral refrain: “great men great men”. According to them “government is the problem”.

So with great resistance and to according to them “with great humility” we have been allowed to evolve under Conservatives’ rule that they relent to government authority but only in exchange for their continued rule of the mob, and thus resolve - “you have to show the right then” (rather than the wrong) and weez a gonna pack the Courts with Conservatives and if’n’ you kin show them your right, then we’ll let them make you a remedy or else they kin rubber stamp ours; otherwise we support your right to keep and bear arms.

So how is The Peace ever maintained?

Under Conservative rule quite poorly because people pursue their rights in private war rather than the Conservatives allowing them free access to the Courts - magnetometers, picture ID, Twombly - with any means imaginable to deprive us of a full and fair hearing regarding our injurious damages and deprivations; the Democratics’ rider - “it’s the economy stupid. It’s the new Phillip’s Curve Guns and Lawyers. But what of the reasonable remainder? Are we so pathetically weak and lazy that all of us lack the juice to go out on a murderous “Patriotic” rampage; is it that we want to but are too cowardly, so we pursue the fantasy (like enjoyable sex, as opposed to painfully contrived procreation) with computer and other electronic media?

Or is it possible, that some of us might actually believe that there is an alternative to en-force-ment other than by firearms and other weaponry, which is simply, The Power of Reason that compels assent.

The Conservatives are opposed to The power of Reason because Abuse may only be possible by ad baculum force which is the only means whereby reason may be defeated. History is replete with this and yet we are told that “tyranny is only transitory”; and thus they resort to ad baculum force and use of the ballot box to vindicate their alleged “right to do wrong”. The mob can as opposed to may overpower you. The closest they come to reason is the strict construction of the New Testament or if convenient the Old and thus our purported bonds and shackles to a Judao Xtian heritage. Work, the family and nuke all non kindred races.

What has happened is that the new Conservatives overthrew the United States of America and imposed their religion of ad baculum Power and Abuse into each and everyone of our lives. This is the cause of all abuse, all crimes, all rape; but it is against Judaism and Christianity to resist their Conservative imposition, co-opt, conform, comply and nuke all the rest, none dare call it Genocide.

This is what I was born into and since that time and regardless of whatever progress has been made - e.g., “Black people” have assumed a political force that rivals the Mc(s) only because they can deliver the vote and the power of the many over the few everyone abide by majority rule; and “Gay people” - viz., human beings that decide to share orgasms with members of their own sex, are now allowed to have the right to pretend they’re monogamous Xtian white people living behind an Eisenhower white picket fence only because they can deliver the vote and the power of the many over the few everyone abide by majority rule … it’s the USA way of “inclusion” all as prescribed by “The Moynihan Report” - we have to make “The Black Man” act like Xtian white people in Patriarchal rule over their wife and work to support His progeny - which is to me what Barrack Obama represents, so that makes it all right right?

The Power of the many Over the Few Everyone Abide By Majority rule or we kill you - or else some Liberal variation thereof, like life without parole - is the modern Jeffersonian USA Mantra. It is the Global Macro, the ethos of USA society. It is what self proclaimed “Patriotic Citizens” support with their firearms, what Mittney and McConnell piss and whine about - it’s not enough we need more; what President Obama says all you have to do is try and you might also be included but in the meantime keep hoping - keep hoping for bullshit and bullshit is the only better deal.

I can’t just be left the fuck alone because I was born into a barracks style non self sufficient “community” and have to rely on their private armies for mine own subsistence - that alas is their final means of force - deprive human beings of sustenance, enslave them to conform to ad baculum rule or just fucking die.

So I ask any of you Holy Christian soldiers, what is the worst sin? Making a person want to kill themselves because you ruin my enjoyment of life - Give Me Liberty or Give me Death - or simply allow me to perish in my resistance to your depredations?
